Description of Work: The service technician unclogged our drain all the way to the street. He did an excellent job solving a nasty problem. I will always call Smith's whenever I have a drain problem.

Description of Work: See below- | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |They came out to clean out a drainage tile in my back yard with a hyro water blasting piece of equipment. |They had to make several trips and change personnel and equipment but they did not give up and finally got the job done satisfactorily. Unfortunately for them and me they but got their equipment stuck in my yard and really tore the yard up. The owner says they will fix it so we will see how that goes. I am waiting for them to respond. |Things could have gone better and time and effort not wasted if they would listen a little better before they react to the problem and the needs of the customer. I would use them again if they fix the yard.

Description of Work: While unclogging drain he broke a pipe and water was leaking in the basement . Because the company had sent a sewer guy not a Plummer he could not fix it and told me a Plummer would need to come out and take the wall apart to see if the pipe broke This was the second attempt with this company to have a Plummer come out to unclog a drain and fix a leaky toilet . They cancelled the first appointment then sent the wrong type of repair man the second time .
