Very well done

Gave tips to fix problem myself and when those didn't work she came out to resolve the problem. Very efficient and congenial as well.

Within a few hours of my phone call Rose was able to come and fix the disposal. I was sure we would have to buy a new one because it was just dead and was smelly. It very well.

We had a leak in an outside faucet which flooded a room in our basement. The leak occured from the faucet valve freezing during the winter and then when we opened it this spring it leaked inside the wall of our basement. I had already opened the sheetrock and found the leak, but I needed someone to replace the faucet. I also wanted a shut-off valve at the origin of the outside water supply so that I could winterize it by draining it. Ginny was great to work with. As other reviews have noted, we had to leave a message on her phone the first time we called, but she returned our call that afternoon. Her schedule was booked for the coming week, but as it wasn't an emergency, so I decided to call her back the next week. We set an appointment for that morning and she arrived as scheduled. She assesed the problem and allowed me to make my specific requests. When we tried to turn off the main water supply it continued to leak, so she also offered to put in a valve there. She then called the city to locate the shut-off valve in the front yard. They arrived within minutes and we removed the valve cover. We were unable to loosen the valve to turn off the water there, but she did show me how I could raise the valve cover by adding an extension. I was glad that she didn't feel like muscling the outside valve, because if it had broken then it would have meant digging it up with a back-hoe. While she replaced the faucet and installed the two new valves I went to the hardware store, bought the needed pipes and fittings and moved the valve cover up to ground level. She even let me use her pipe wrenches to do that work. She was quick and had all the necessary supplies and talked me through everything she was doing (mostly because I was interested). She was also very patient with our two boys who acted like her little shadows while she was here.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink, although it was not obvious where the leak was coming from. Ginny came and trouble shot a few areas, replaced some things that were potential problems. She told us to notify her if it did not take care of the problem. Everything was fine for a few days, but when we ran the dishwasher it seemed to cause a leak again. I called Ginny and she came out again to look at things. With the information about the dishwasher she was able to figure out the ultimate cause of our leak and she fixed it at no additional charge. We have not had any problems since. I was very comfortable with her working in our home and she kept at a frustrating situation. She was very prompt and responsive and able to address our concerns the same day. I highly recommend Rose Water Plumbing!

They were very helpful and were able to find a way to replace just the broken parts and not the entire toilet. They were very clean and didn't leave anything behind. They were quick, efficient, well-priced and everything is still working beautifully!

From start to finish, Ginny is efficient, responsive, and knowledgeable. She disconnected our gas range, fridge, sink, disposer, and dishwasher, then at the appropriate time reconnected them in their new locations. This involved removing some outdated pipes, installing new fittings, scheduling with the contractor, etc. She is always on time and goes about her work quickly and quietly.

I've hired Ginny many times. She's great. She does excellent work for a very good price. Since she works alone, I usually have to leave her a message when I need work done, and it sometimes takes a little while for her to get back to you, but always within the same day.

Rose Water Plumbing personnel came to evaluate my malfunctioning water heater and advised me of my options. I decided to order a new water heater and was informed of the cost of the equipment and installation. We agreed that Rosewater Plumbing would remove and dispose of my old water heater for an additional fee. The plumber and water heater arrived on time on the specified day, along with an additional worker to haul the old water heater away. The work was done quickly and quietly. While waiting for the new water heater to go through its cycle, the plumber replaced a part in my upstairs toilet tank. The bill was carefully itemized and conformed to our agreement. The old water heater is gone, and I have been very satisfied with the new one. I hope to use this service again for future plumbing needs.

She responded quickly, explained and advised in detail, worked fast and professionally, and solved some problems that had been caused by previous workers. My husband and I were both impressed.
