Description of Work: Nothing. I called a few months ago with some handyman jobs and he said he'd get back to me with some dates but he never did. I had used him once before, did fine and thought I could use his services, someone to count on.

Description of Work: Put new siding on our house and garage,replaced the entry and screen doors, replaced the side garage door, and put in a bigger front window.They showed up on time and worked thru some bad weather but they didn't waste any time and got everything done we wanted done.I would definitely use Dan again.

Description of Work: I am getting ready to put my home on the market. I had a variety of minor repairs including scraping, painting, sanding, staining, electrical repairs, lifting and hauling. Dan was very efficient, reasonable and honest. That last quality is a rarity in home repair people; so many handymen try to take advantage of the homeowner's lack of knowledge for their own financial benefit. My realtor wants Dan's contact information. I would highly recommend Dan.

Description of Work: He came in to do some general handyman stuff. He hung some ceiling fans and put up some book shelves.

Description of Work: Replaced washer hoses. Fixed door to laundry area. Installed tv on bedroom wall. Caluked all window sills.

Description of Work: I bought 4 hours of "Handyman Service" for #115. Dan was punctual, friendly, courteous, and offered suggestions. He replaced 3 light switches, a ceiling light fixture, a bathroom vent, and repaired 2 kitchen chairs. Dan also replaced the outside dryer vent, and worked on a window screen. When the weather warms up, I plan to have him come back to do a couple other things that take longer to do outside. wold recommend Dan's service, as I plan to have him back again.

Description of Work: Dan showed up on time, did a great job, and came back to do some follow-up work, as promised. He's very easy to work with. I will definitely hire him again!

Description of Work: Agreed to wait a couple months so Dan could do other jobs working outdoors someone else's stuff. Had to contact him multiple time to get a date. Installed backsplash on short wall side with stove. Part of it is crooked.. but did a nice job hanging a cabinet in my bathroom. Had to buy 4 additional hours of time - was not sure why the backsplash took so long.... but as I have never installed it maybe that is normal.

Description of Work: He bid the job but Never showed up to do the work in spite of 2 reminder calls.

Description of Work: Dan came to my home on July 3 and I talked with him about what I needed him to do. He performed about 15 minutes of tasks then and said he would get back to me. I have not heard from him since.

Description of Work: Replaced 4 sink faucets and 1 smoke detector. I was told after he came out that he would try to come back to do the work the following week and if not it would be the next week for sure. Well both weeks came and gone. I had to contact him to see when he was planning on doing the work. He made time for me the following week. When he was all done I had an additional bill for $96.00 for 3 extra hours of labor, so it was 7 hours of work total. I felt this should had not taken most of the day to do.
