He did a great job on all 3 projects! We're so grateful to have found him. Cleaned up mess & hauled away our broken materials.

He gave an estimate and never came back or called.

It didn't go. The voicemail messages that I left (2) were never returned. Pretty sad business practice and unfortunately I've experienced that with several other "professionals" that I've tried to contact recently.

He came when promised. He reset the hardware on the doors, ensuring their setting and tightness. Then he rehung the doors and re-installed on of the floor guides. He spent about thirty minutes doing so which was quicker than I could have done it back in the day.

I needed my entry door from the garage to the house adjusted and a mailbox replaced. I had replaced the hinges on the door (when the springs in the old self closing ones snapped) with new ones but the door swing was off after I did this and I couldn't get it correctly adjusted. Dan came and fixed it in no time. Our mailbox was leaning due to being nudged by a neighbor girls car one winter several years ago and it had gotten to the point where we needed to replace it. As the 4x4 post still appeared to be good but just leaning, I decide to get one of those replacement mailboxes where it has a metal sleeve that slides over a 4x4 post. I wasn't sure if the old post could be straightened back up and told Dan to see what he could do, and if not then replace the post. But Dan was able to get it back straight by doing a little digging, and then cut the post to the right height, assemble the new mailbox, and slid the new mailbox over it. Turned out pretty good. Was very pleased with the work Dan did and how quickly he did it. The $120 was a resonable price for the work he performed.

Excellent. He was prompt, most of all being in my late 80s, his is honesty.

He was very friendly and professional. He got to work right away and got the job done. His price was extremely reasonable. I've already hired for another task. I would definitely recommend him.

It went great. Dan took his time to make sure the door was fine tuned and installed perfectly so the door would swing perfectly. He even adjusted the hinges that were installed incorrectly at the door manufacturer. The door looks awesome with the storm door. Highly recommended.

I signed up for Dan's handyman special on Angies List. I gave Dan a list of quite a few things to do, and he got them all done. Dan did a fantastic job and I felt the price was very fair. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his work.

He got it done. It wasn't as smooth as I thought it should have been. He came out in May or June. He took a long time to do it. He seemed like a very nice man. He was there longer than the four hours but he didn't charge me for it. He did really well with his quality.

It took a while to connect with Dan but once I did he met my absolute deadline for the project. He is pleasant to deal and did the work as requested. I would use him again.

Didn't go well at all, he took my deposit of $200 and said he would start he work in June and I have not heard him at all and it is July 28th, that is two months after agreeing to a contract deal. No follow up or anything. I have learned that it over commits and under delivers. As of today I have requested an immediate response as to when he is fulfill his commitment or refund my money, I am not pleased at all. It is my understanding that he has a tendentious to do this with many jobs. He overbooks his work, so it will not be anything that will be done soon, you will have to stay on top of his time to much. TERRIBLE!!!!!! I am a professional Purchsing Manager and this is not a supply I would use. I want the work done or my money back, at this point I would question the quality of the work I would receive after this feedback and his track record. I would suggest Angie's List remove him!!

It took a long time to schedule and the work performed was not worth the amount paid. Looking for a handyman to use in the future and will not be using again.

It turned out good. He did a good job. He was not punctual. He always had an excuse why he couldn’t show up but he did finally show up and did the work. But, once he was here it was just a matter of getting him here.

The deal worked out perfectly. He fixed a fence, did some plumbing work, did other various handyman projects, and did some work on my roof. He did such a great job that I asked him to come back many more times over the following six months after that appointment. I felt like I could call him about any questions I had and he would advise me on how to handle the project. I would highly recommend him.

That was the last I heard from him. I contacted him at the end of May to request a written bid, as well as to firm up a start date. He assured me he would get going on things. He said there were a lot of things that had "come up" that needed his attention first. I contacted him for a final time 3 weeks later, and he told me he was very busy and was not sure when he could get to my home. I told him not to bother. Waste of time.

We had some difficulty scheduling a time that worked for both of us, but that was really the only issue. Dan arrived on time, did a great job, and acted professionally at all times. Ultimately, I was pleased the experience, and everything went very well.

From hanging curtains, upgrading bathroom exhaust fans, putting in a new mailbox and other small jobs that I do not have the time to do myself, I purchased two 1 hour coupons (the max) and I asked Dan for his help. He was courteous, knowledgeable and timely with the consultation. When it came time to get the work done however, he disappeared. And he still has my money:( The one time, I was able to speak with him on the phone since he said he was very busy, still, he scheduled an appointment with me to complete a few items on my list and he no-call-no showed med. I still need the work done.
