Description of Work: Young man Mario was prompt, polite, professional, pleasant - easy to work with and went about his business. He washed all the exterior storm windows on my house and the interior of the picture window of the living room.

Description of Work: The person who came to do my windows was on time and polite. He did a great job and left no residual mess, a big plus in my book. While we were talking when he finished, he noticed a streak on one of the windows (that I couldn't see)and since all his cleaning clothes were in his truck, he used his shirt tail to remove the streak. This struck me as someone who had a lot of pride in his work.

Description of Work: They cleaned windows and screens. The windows look fabulous and were done very quickly. We bought a special package deal and had to pay a bit more because we had more windows to be washed than was included. We were aware of this before they arrived. I have referred Northern Reflections to several friends

Description of Work: He washed 55 exterior window panes. I was very pleased. He arrived when I was told and went about his work. My windows look great.
