Northern Reflections Window Cleaning

I left several messages to have my windows cleaned. I have used this company the last two years and was satisfied with job done but this year I received no response to my 3 voice mails. Guess they don't need any additional business. Found another company who answered their phone on the first call and did an amazing job for a fair price.

Called and emailed several times and never got a response. Don't waste your time.

My wife was very happy with them. My wife was happy with the price. I thought the quality of their work was very good. They did it in the amount of time they said they would do it. They were very professional. I think only one person did the job. We only had 2 sides of the house that needed it. It was a 2 day period to finish. We had some mold. It was quite a big area.

As scheduled, finished on time, overall very good results, a few stray streaks and a little dust from indoor screens scattered in the house.

It went very well. I was pleased with the service. The person doing the work was polite and competent.

Mario cleaned out the plugged gutters and washed 3 exterior windows that I could not reach. They were very prompt at coming over and giving me a quote and they were true to the quote. Mario very helpful in coming inside to look at my windows for me to give advice on cleaning from the inside. I would call them again.

We are very pleased with the work performed by Northern Reflections. The windows they washed are perfectly clean. They are very thorough, but also efficient. The gentlemen who performed the work were very nice and personable. They even washed a few extra windows at no extra charge (the ones that got wet when power washing that were not included in the original estimate). They are fabulous and we will definitely be calling them again!

He was fast and thorough. He came out quick. He did a good job. I didn't understand that every pane added up to a window. I'm not sure if I would use him again because it adds up fast. I didn't understand the terms of the contract.

I've been using Northern Reflections for years. Price is fair and job is excellent. Will continue using Northern Reflections.

Mario was punctual, arriving exactly at the specified time. He assessed the windows to be cleaned and went straight to work. There was absolutely no mess from the interior windows and he made sure to wipe up any water drops on the wood floor. The job was completed within two hours and my windows have never looked so good. I will definitely use Northern Reflections again.

He was marvelous! He was very friendly and was not flustered by all of the additional windows I added when he came to do the cleaning. We have a three-story house with 10-foot ceilings, so the windows on the third floor are very high up from the ground. The third floor windows were not in the original contract, but added on the day of working. He went to get the taller ladder and brought back a second helper. The job was perfect. He double checked all of the windows from different angles to make sure there were no missed areas or streaks. When he left, the whole house was brighter and the view of the golf course and woods behind our house looked much sharper. In previous years we had used another window cleaner who never make the windows glisten, like Northern Reflections Window Cleaning and Northern Reflections was about half the cost of the other window cleaner. Northern Reflections Window Cleaning did all of my windows, with the previous window cleaner I only had the main windows cleaned because of the high cost. We were on a very tight schedule to get our house listed. I spoke with Aaron at Northern Reflection and indicated to him our requirement for a quick cleaning. Aaron came out the next day for a quote to wash windows and clean tracks and sills for 42 windows on a two story with a walkout. The quote took less than 0.5 hr and Aaron scheduled the job for 4 days laters. Mario came in to do the job. The job took approx. 6hrs. Mario did excellent work!! Mario was very helpful explaining a few issues I had with our windows and took the last 20-30 min to go back over each window and touch-up anything missed. If not moving out of the area, I would CERTAINLY use Northern Reflections again in the future... at least once a year. GREAT JOB!! Thanks.

Purchased for my sisters house while she was working. Her outside water wasn't working so don't know how they did what they did, but they did!

It went very well and I would recommend this provider. I would have liked a phone call a day or two ahead of time to tell me what time he was coming, because I scheduled pretty far out. My windows sparkle like they have never sparkled before! He was focused, pleasant, professionally dressed and very knowledgeable about his work. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again myself.

Mario did a great job. Washed windows, used a scraper on the tough spots. Very professional. Windows look great!! Will use them again in a heart beat.

They were fine. They did what they said they would do

The deal was limited to a certain number of windows but I asked the gentleman to clean additional windows. I didn't mind paying extra $25 for that.

he did excellent job and their were a few windows we didnt count right but he did them anyway and didnt charge any extra.

Employee arrived early, he was friendly and very professional. He worked on the outside first, taking care not to let our dog out and then on the inside I noticed was very careful to not leave any drips where he worked. The windows look fantastic (and I am pretty picky.) Unfortunately I didn't get his name but this was an A+ experience all around. I will definitely hire again.

Young man was prompt, quiet--no boom box playing--and professional. My only complaint was that I had not understood how his firm counts the windows to be washed. My town house condo has double hung windows with a non opening transom window above. I'd have counted them as three windows and they count five. I agreed to pay an additional $30 for ten more windows and I think the price was still very reasonable. He also cleaned the sliding door tracks which I appreciated. There would have been an additional cost for the insides but I chose to do them myself.

For several gutters, Mario needed even a bigger ladder than he brought - he got a taller ladder and finished the job.

tWhen I contacted Aaron, I made an appointment for 4 days later. He called me back that afternoon and said that they had time to clean the gutters then. His employee was courteous, efficient and picked up afterwards. He was able to unplug a gutter that was completely blocked. I plan to use them next spring to clean my windows. (Although his employee said that if you ordered both services at the same time there is a discount.) I would definitely recommend this company.
