Description of Work: I called them for gutter cleaning, not window cleaning. The man who came out was punctual, cleaned out the clogs, was pleasant and solved our gutter problem. I really don't know how the price compares to other gutter cleaners; was just glad to have it done.

Description of Work: Northern Reflections (specifically, crew member Mario) washed my inside/outside windows and storms. Mario did excellent work, is extremely pleasant, and I would not hesitate to have Northern Reflections do my windows again. Just two small complaints: "special" price advertised on Angie's List should have come with more fine print (i.e., offer did not include storms) and owner Aaron failed to alert me that Mario would be showing up several hours before scheduled time. It all worked out, but only because I happened to be home by chance. Still, as noted, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Mario came to wash the windows and a few screens for me that were higher up on the house that I couldn't get to. He was professional and courteous, a real pleasure to deal with. He even washed 2 windows inside the house that I couldn't get to. Mario gave me a lesson on how to put the screens back in once they were cleaned. A very good experience, and I would definitely use Northern Reflections Window Cleaning again!

Description of Work: The windows are spotless and the fellow who did the work was thorough, fast, and very nice. He calculated the windows I had cleaned with two different forms of counting inside and out, finding me the least expensive method, at HIS OWN suggestion. I was extremely pleased with all of the work that he did and he cleaned up perfectly when he was done.

Description of Work: I bought the big deal from this company for $79.00 and was originally only going to have them do the outsides. I have a lot with a walk out basement and a sloping back yard which makes the upper level windows the equivalent of a second story on a "ledge". Before I ordered I explained my situation and was amazed that they would do them for the "big deal" price. Indeed they did them and the quality was so good that, on the spot, I had them add the interiors for an additional $2/window. It was a bargain as far as I'm concerned and now my windows look great. I would strongly recommend this company.
