Description of Work: They never came back or called. I had the money to have the work done. My husband met with them as I was in the hospital. They gave some good ideas, but we're supposed to call back. They never did. I would like to try one of the other names on the list, Could I see it again?

Description of Work: They put in a new tub/shower surround, installed a new toilet, repaired ceiling damage, replaced exhaust fan and put in a new towel bar and t-paper holder. We had some problems with the project but it was completed.

Description of Work: We got an estimate from them for drywall. They responded to my call quickly and scheded us promptly. We are still getting estimates at this time, but may get service from them.

Description of Work: We had Tim come out to give us an estimate on doing a large job. After considering the cost, we altered our plans. We then contacted Tim about doing some handyman work for us. As it turned out, he was not available to help us within our time frame. We had numerous contacts with Lisa, who always was gracious and helpful. Tim was professional when he came originally to see what we needed and to give us an estimate. I would recommend them to others as well as consider them for future jobs ourselves.

Description of Work: We had Mawdsley do some interior painting and staining our deck. Interior paint was average quality work. Wall repair (nail pops) was poor. Generally disappointed with the outcome. Interestingly, there is a photo of our deck at the bottom of his Angie's List "site." It's represented that Tim "built and stained" the deck. To be clear, Tim DID NOT build the deck and attached pergola.

Description of Work: Tim and his team powerwashed my deck and sealed. They moved all furniture, prepped and made special trip back to put furniture back when seal had fully dried. They did a great job on the shelving in the garage, made sure they were secured in studs.I am looking forward to the next project I have them lined up for.SM

Description of Work: I called Tim to come out inspect a wood roting issue on the outside of my garage and shed. His partner and Tim came out in a couple of days, and gave me an estimate. I needed the garage done ASAP becasue I concerned that water would seep into the back of the brick. Tim repaired that proplem the same day, and at a very reasonable price. Their coming back on a couple of weeks. Tim was very professional, prompt and did a great job. I will continue to use this company for all of my future handyman projects. Great job Tim

Description of Work: Removed partial wall seperating shower area from remainder of bathroom. Removed ~3' section of wall with door making it flush with existing wall. Extend same to ceiling. Cut 1 opening in remaining wall to allow for light and circulation. Initial estimate was slightly less as we had planed to leave a portion of the wall intact and simply create 2-3 openings. The plan was later changed. Work was good. First time we had any remodeling work done. In retrospect we should have discussed painting. I had thought this was included however it was not. No problem, my husband took care of it. Discovered a crack in the shower wall where the helper had fallen. I was unaware of the fall or the crack until a few days after work had finished. Tim has offered to repair the cracked shower. Tim is a hard worker and does quality workmanship. His helper does a good job but should spend far less time on the phone and more time focused on the job. I will use Tim in the future for a few other jobs we have in mind.

Description of Work: He has done a number of projects for me. One including tearing down an old hazardous deck and installing a new one that was quite large and very detailed. The deck turned out just beautifully! He's also done carpentry work relating to cupboards and closet doors. He's also installed a microwave, two wall sconces, a railing on the stairs, combating water damage, exterior painting, deck maintenance, and many other odd jobs around the house.

Description of Work: Provider made appointment to replace ceiling fan for the morning of 11 Aug. 2010. Provider asked me to purchase a new fan , which I did, which cost me $45.00. Provider quoted a price of $40.00 per hour and estimated one hour of labor to complete the project. Provider agreed to finish a project that I had started (patch an asphalt pothole) in a parking lot. I purchased materials to complete the project.

Description of Work: Repair to foundation and basement windows to a 1974 year old home. Scraped loose mortar between cement blocks on interior and exterior basement walls and then corrected with poxy. Poxy to basement windows as well. Touch up paint to interior and exterior basement walls and to basement window casings. Balanced and reset in cement a professional sized basket-ball hoop and back board. Cleaned and removed leaves from gutters.
