I received excellent customer service before, during and after the installation of my unit. This is the second time I’ve hired them.

Informed us about best types of filters to get and how to periodically clean the ac unit outside as cotton and stuff can build up on certain sides of it. Very helpful young man! Would recommend them to everyone!

I have used them before but it's been years. They were real prompt, real good about that. They are extremely expensive.

The guy was helpful. He fixed my dishwasher in a very timely and efficient manner. He explained things and didn't make a mess. The price was what he said it would be. I was very happy with him. He was saying that the particular model of the dishwasher that I have is known to be a very good one and he felt confident that replacing the control panel would be worth it. He said that certain lines of the newer dishwashers really weren't as efficient and couldn't handle food particles as well as the one that I have. I haven't had another problem with it and the control panel has worked just fine. I was very happy with their service.

The technician was prompt and did a thorough inspection and tuneup of my air conditioner. He gave me clear information of what could be a potential problem with my air conditioning and gave a thorough quote detail. I highly recommend this company.

Everything went well. Service was scheduled promptly and service technician arrived at the scheduled time. He did a thorough job examining the air conditioner. In addition, I was able to take advantage of a special which I appreciated. I will certainly call them again.

Dishwasher was functioning okay so no work was necessary but he gave me some good tips about it.

Our electric range had a non woking control panel, so we had no oven funcionality. I called for a repair and the night before they arrived, the referigerator also decided to quit working. They arrived on time and I asked the technicion if he could look at the referigerator as well while he was there. We had everything up and running again that day.

Scheduling was smooth. Tech showed up on time, serviced as planned, and did not include any trumped-up upsale needs. Good experience.

This company is so great! We had a great technician named Nathan. Very professional and knew what he was doing. It was around a very busy time of year and they were booked until a Tuesday and he offered to work late and fit us in at the end of the day on Monday. I will definitely be calling them for anything I need in the future and I recommend everyone else does as well.

The service was great. Repairmen was punctual, called when on his way, knowledgeable, shared tips for conserving energy and was aware of coupon availability to be applied to overall cost. Was completed and done in 15 minutes over my lunch hour.

Repairman was honest upfront about the potential cost of a repair and that it simply wasn't worth it. The unit was old and what he could do may not last. He definitely saved me money in the long run. Also he was ahead of schedule and communicated that he may be able to arrive earlier than expected and he did. Cost was low bc I used one of their specials on Angie's List

Had Golden Rule tell me I needed a new unit so I called Greens for a second opinion. They came out and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. Turns out we had a bad capacitor. Great service and good people! Thanks DJ!

After receiving a free estimate, Green's technicians recommended that our furnace, water heater, and air conditioning units--all of which were outdated and undersized for the square footage of our recenlty purchased house--be replaced for increased energy efficiency. The entire replacement process--occurring during 2.5 day period--was extremely well handled by the two Green's technicians. The quality of service, explanation of the work that was being completed, and the overall professionalism of this company were excellent. Even when it turned out that the air conditioning unit was overcharged with excess freon, they quickly corrected the error and were extremely responsive to any questions that we had had. I would not hesitate to contact this company again in future!

Everything went smoothly. Scheduling was easy. I was called 15 minutes before the technician arrived and he arrived on time. He was friendly and efficient and took the time to go over everything I should know. I will definitely be using them again.

Went well. It was stormy the day he was to come. Office called early (8:00 am) to reschedule. Actually set appt for following Sat. That way we didn't get moved along ways out on sschedule. Called about 20 min to alert us. Came on early side of window office had set. Very satisfied.

Back story: had a bad experience with anon-Angie's List company (one that advertises a lot) that came toservice the system and quoted me $1000 of repairs and said the system was too old and should be replaced (it was15 years old). I knew I was being scammed and had them do only the service. I bought the discounted A/C service for Greens on Angie's List based solely on the reviews. The technician arrive exactly on time and was very professional. I told him I had noticed some icing on the inside unit the one time the A/C had run this season. The technician quickly diagnosed that we might have a leak in the system and was low on coolant. He immediately quoted me what the worst case for repairs and cost and gave me several options. We agreed on what he would do and he went to work. The repair was completed and then he cleaned/serviced the entire system. He was done in less than an hour and the total cost was 20% less than the worse case that he quoted me. I could not be more pleased with Green's and the technician and will be using them again for furnace service in the fall. Here's what the technician didn't do: tell me we need a new system (in fact assured me that the system should be fine for at least another 5 years based on his diagnosis). Tell me the blower needed to be cleaned because it didn't (the other company said it did and wanted $300).

DJ was able to come to my home and evaluate my old and malfunctioning ac system the day after initial contact. He provided a quote and information regarding payment options that day. The scheduled an installation about 10 days after the initial evaluation. The installer, Brian, was very efficient and courteous to my family while working diligently to get the job done in less than one day. The new unit works very well. Prices were comparable with other vendors.

It was a simple repair: replacing cracked ignitor. It took about total of 20 min. for service person to do the job. The charge was $200. The part (ignitor) costs under $40 in local store and under $20 online. The price was ridiculously unreasonable.
