The appointment was for between 8 a.m. and noon. The Green's Appliance office called at about 10:45 to let me know that the technician was on the way. Nathan arrived within 15 minutes of the call and was very professional and efficient, and he also exhibited good customer service skills. I will call Green's for my AC tuneup next spring and, whenever the furnace motor bearings finally freeze up (which I have to hope won't happen on a holiday weekend during below zero temps), I'll call Green's for installation of a new motor. I will be happy to recommend Green's to friends, colleagues, and family.

I had no complaints and they were very good. The serviceman explained everything to me which was acceptable and we went ahead and had it taken care of. They told me ahead of time when they would be able to come out and what time they would be there. They were very respectful. They got the job done in about 45 minutes to one hour.

Very professional. Office called to let me know that they were on their way to house. Planned on seasonal maintenance but uncovered two drain lines that needed repair. We recently bought our home and the tech was more than willing to give me instruction/advice on furnace, humidifer, etc. Will definitey use this company in the future.

We had bad luck with our AC unit. The first visit after it stopped working determined it was low on coolant. So he filled it up with coolant and a leak stopper that would work on small leaks. Two weeks later it was empty. He determined that there was a major leak and likely in the AC unit. Our AC unit is on the top of our condo building so Green's had to rent a crane to haul it up there and install it. A few weeks later, the AC stopped working again. The unit we bought had a faulty compressor so they replaced that (still under warranty). They were very quick to accommodate us whenever the AC stopped working again (within 2-3 days during the busy summer) They were very apologetic when things went wrong and when the previous fix ended up being useless. (Not their fault). They gave us $ credit towards the purchase of our new unit because of all the sunk costs we had with them. I never feel swindled by these guys. I feel like they genuinely want to get my solution fixed. Other companies seem disinterested in whether or not the problem gets fixed permanently and suggest the most expensive solution first. Here, it was the same guy each time and the guy always told me all my options. I will definitely use Green's in the future. Only complaint is that when they're working, I get very few updates regarding how long it will take. Or if they have to leave to get a tool/part, they would just leave and come back, so if I looked outside and saw the van gone, I didn't know if they were done or on a break or something. I would have preferred a phone call or something just to keep me a little more updated.

Dishwasher was leaking, when water was draining from the dishwasher. Called Greens Appliances (who I have used in the past) on 09/30/2014. Greens rep said that a servicman could be at the property the next day. Serviceman arrived on time (the next day), was here about an hour or so, and repaired the dishwasher (i.e., drain hose was disconnected). Today is 10/14/2014 and have had no trouble with the dishwasher since the dishwasher was repaired. I will definitely use Greens Appliances in the future, when I need an appliance repaired.

The representative was awesome and professional. Did a good job and found no issues with the furnace. Cleaned out some parts. Answered all questions.

The Installation went fine. Had some problems with the city inspection, which the contractor addressed with the inspector. Nothing more was actually needed and the inspection was OK'd. I didn't care for the two installers placing the company's advertising stickers on our furnace and air conditioner. I don't normally use them for our heating and cooling. This job didn't really call for messing with either one and thought it was out of line to do that.

Very well. The service man knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it promptly. The company was flexible with arranging a time to come out.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went fine. They did honor the $49 for the tune-up. He was on time. He did what he said he was going to do. He made some suggestions and everything was good. The price was very reasonable. The only reason I gave them a "B" on responsive because there was a part that needed to be ordered and it took them a while but they finally took care of it.

Repair went very well. Called in at approx. 1:00 p.m. and the repairman was here by 2:30 and repair was completed by probably 3:30. Repairman explained what the problem was, gave me an estimate for how much it would cost and gave me the option as to whether replace just one or both drum rollers.

It was good. The technician was good at communicating what needed to be done. The scheduling was very good and they did it quickly. They got the job done in about one hour.

It went well. Tech was nice. Said our a/c was a little low on freon and gave me some options to add freon with or without a sealant, or to leave it until next spring and recheck it. I chose to wait.

I probably won’t use them again. The scheduler was excellent to work with. They were priced right but their technician did not have the proper equipment with him. He gave me the impression I was supposed to figure out how to find the correct hose to do the work. He had to come back another day to finish the work.

My experience was good. They followed up well to get an appointment scheduled. They were easy to work with.
