Description of Work: Removed wall mounted A/C, cleaned it, and reinstalled it. Checked for proper operation, but found a burned out wire which was replaced. Unit then worked OK.

Description of Work: They replaced our water heater. We told them we needed someone to come look at water heater to see if it needed replaced because it was not working. Technician came stating he was here to put in new water heater. No one had come to determine that we needed a new one yet, so I asked that he look at it first before just putting one it. We did need a new one. When he went to drain it, it drained slowly so he broke off the spout to make it go faster. This resulted in rust and water pouring out over our floor and up to our items in storage. He asked me if I had towels he could use to soak up the water. I gave him towels and he used them to clean up the rusty water. The towels were ruined. He did not return them to me, rather just hung them over pipes in the basement storage area and said nothing about them. I asked if he would put a plastic bag of some sort around the old water heater before he took it across our newly carpeted floor. He said he didn't need to because it shouldn't leak rusty water. Thankfully it didn't. I feel as though he did not respect our home and did not come prepared to deal with situations that arise while draining and replacing a water heater.

Description of Work: We use Green's for all of our HVAC needs, including rental properties. This was a call for a non-working furnace following a cleaning and check of the furnace one week before. It was a Saturday and they did get someone out within a couple of hours. He wasn't sure how to fix it and spoke with the tenants rather than calling me, which caused some misunderstanding. I called the manager and he returned to the home, called me, and came up with a possible solution -- replacement of the thermostat. This did not work and he went back on Monday to try something else. He was able to get it to work, dealing strictly with us rather than tenants. Green's has always done good work for us and we will continue to use them. The original person who went to check on things just needed some training which he was provided.
