After the first install, we noticed right away that several windows had glass defects - it was a painful process to get them replaced. Then we noticed in Sept 2024 that another 5 have glass defects and Roberta Reams and Tom Carmody will not return calls or return emails. We are stuck with these defective windows in a beautiful great room. Avoid this company!! They are also known as Iowa's Best Windows"
