+ -1 moreIf I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company will not stand behind their so called "No Fine Print Lifetime Warranty" We had 12 windows that were installed in 2021. After the first install, we noticed right away that several windows had glass defects - it was a painful process to get them replaced. Then we noticed in Sept 2024 that another 5 have glass defects and Roberta Reams and Tom Carmody will not return calls or return emails. We are stuck with these defective windows in a beautiful great room. Avoid this company!! They are also known as Iowa's Best Windows
Description of Work: Lifetime warranty for defective windows. We have 5 that have glass defects and no one from the Window Source of Central Iowa and also known as Iowa's Best Windows will help us or stand by their warranty.

+ 1 moreThe 2 owners, Tom an Kent, communicated closely with us every step of the way from start to finish in order to ensure our complete satisfaction. We were very pleased with the crew's polite and effective communication at all times. Chris along with his team members, Mark, Luke and Tanner were motivated to communicate with us about even the smallest details that in the end resulted in a truly exceptional remodel. We feel as if they all exceeded our every expectation.

Description of Work: They put all new windows in my house. Last Spring they also put in a front storm door and side door to a garage.
