Description of Work: Removed dead elm tree. Took a couple weeks for them to come, but they did a good job for a reasonable price and cleaned up. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: I called them to remove and tree and they said it would be done the following week. After the following week had gone by and the tree still was there, I called three times with no response. I decided at this point, I would just have to find a different person to remove the tree. I got busy so the tree stayed there for another week and a half. One day I get home from work and the tree is gone...no bill or call from anyone. A couple days later I got a call from ArborPro saying they removed the tree and would be by later to pick up a check. I have yet to see a bill for the work done. Although the tree was removed, it was done in a very unprofessional manner.
