They did a very nice job. It was reasonably price and they did cleaned up. Over all it was a really nice job.

Hired to remove tree and stump in August. Tree came down quick and I was happy with that. The grinder broke down the day they removed the tree. We are now in December and the stump is still here. Accused me of being curt when asked if they could deliver the promised service. Which by the way, they can't. But that didn't stop the owner from wanting paid for the service they couldn't and didn't do. Whatever someone else is charging for these services, pay it! It's worth the cost, time saved and piece of mind to steer clear of this company. The pictures include the tree they were hired to remove. All but one branch was removed before they were even hired. The stump pics are during my attempts to burn it out. They never ground the stump. Not even to ground level.

I would have to call them artist. The tree had huge limbs over the house and over wires. They had to have Mid-America disconnect power from the house which they coordinated. When they ground the huge they missed 1 piece of root sticking out of the ground, I called and they came right back, ground it, filled with black dirt, and grass seed. Wonderful people!

Only complaint is workers smoked on my property. Eric apologized and said wouldn’t happen again. Super fast- this was a large 90-100 year old tree aprox. 1 ft away from neighbors fence. They removed the trunk down to ground level. Best clean up ever- not a stray branch or leaf left!

They did a very good job, went down deep to get most of the stump.

They arrived on time, removed and disposed of tree and limbs. Ground out stump and roots. Also raked stump area until dirt was leveled with ground. Crew was very professional and raked entire area leaving it free of any tree residue before leaving.

Excellent. The company was polite, did not push, and was very prompt and responsive. I will definitely recommend them to someone else.

He showed up a month ago and provided a quote. He said he has appointments for a week or ten days, and would see me after that. It is now one month later, and he never showed up and never called. He at least could have called to explain. On a second note, originally I contacted two tree trimmer companies. Only one responded, the one listed above. I am quite disappointed in Angie’s list and want end our relationship.

8/6/2020 Got four bids from four excellent companies, ArborPro was Hundreds of Dollars cheaper, Eric the Pro who came out to estimate the Job was a pleasure to work with....The Tree was on my West Property Line against my Neighbors Fence it was a huge Elm Tree...The Gentleman Who was up in the high lift and ran the Chainsaw was a True Pro he roped off the huge branches that were over my Neighbors lawn and dropped all of them in my yard with absolutely no damage to my Neighbors Lawn at all...The Ground Guys put sheets of plywood down for their skid loader to operate on thus saving my grass....A Huge Elm tree taken down, stump ground up and tree branches along my drive hanging up in the trees taken down all logs and brush removed and great clean up....Once again Hundreds of dollars less than Competitors whatever You do make sure You get a bid from ArborPro !

Because of many major storms there was a back log of work for them. When they were able to come they did a great job. No concerns now of any more of the tree falling on power lines. As far as the time for them to come we left it with as soon as they could. It ended up being a little longer wait time than estimated and the day they came we had carpet installers scheduled. Both crews worked with us to get both jobs done and minimize the stress. To do the tree our power line was dropped. Carpet crew needed power. ArborPro called to reconnect the power and would work around things. As ArborPro finished, utilities showed up and reconnected power. 10 minutes later was great first time carpet crew really needed power. Definitely thrilled with the ArborPro being willing to work with us

Good communication. Reasonably priced. Very neat. Hard workers.

Trimming was exactly as agreed. The cleanup was not completely as I expected. Some of the limbs cut from the tree landed in my landscaping which was to be expected. Some of those limbs kicked some of the landscaping rocks (1/1/2 to 2”) onto my paved driveway. When they blew off the residual tree debris from my driveway the rocks stayed put. Approx. 30-40 pieces. The tree was located on the property line and small pieces of tree bark and debris was left in the grass on the neighbors property. Nobody from the crew used a rake to clean an area of lawn 8ft. by 16ft. on my neighbor’s property or pick up the rocks and put them back in the landscaping on my driveway. Understand both of these problems were not a big issue but this 66 yr. old with a handful of medical issues had to go and finish the cleanup. It was enough for me to not use this company again. My property and my neighbor’s property should be left exactly as they found it minus the limbs and debris.

They are truly amazing guys they clean up everything afterwards it’s like they were never there. Great job and would hire them again

Professional. Great work and excellent clean up

The guys stared working around 9. They took a lunch break and worked until 6. They checked in with us throughout the day with any questions we might have or they had. They were very friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and hauled everything away. I would highly recommend them.

Spoke to Eric on 9/11/19, received an estimate on 9/12/19 that was very reasonable. I called him back a few days later to agree to the tree service and the price. He said he would be out to my place within a week. I called back on 10/1/19, again, he said it'll be within a week but couldn't give me a scheduled date. Overall, it's been a month since i first contacted him. I will be looking at another tree service starting Monday.

Gave me an estimate of $500 to “clean up the front tree” but when I asked for clarification on what this meant they never replied

They did a great job. Very clean, they made sure to put down some boards so that they didn't damaged the grass, they cleaned up so well. They were very timely.

They came with 5 large trucks & equipment, along with 7 or 8 men. They did an excellent and thorough job of trimming and clean up.

The workers were very friendly, very careful not to damage anything and did very good job trimming and cleaning up when the job was done. Excellent job, will hire again.

TOOK DAY OFF TO OBSERVE WORK AND I WAS VERY PLEASED THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATION!!!

This company was VERY professional and a joy to work with to get our job done. They were very careful not to cause any damage to our home as well as our neighbor's home with the taking down of both trees. The men on the job knew what they were doing as they did the work and though it was a lot of work, the job was completed when they said it would be done. They honored their estimate of costs. At this writing, they have to return to our home to remove the two stumps, as their machine was being repaired. My wife and I are planning to have them return in the Fall to do a bit more work for us.

They took tree down safely using ropes and pulleys over my house and powerline i was very impressed. The clean up was the best part besides the estimate that was given jake the owner quoted me $1500 the next closest bid was $2200 and they said would take them 2 days to remove tree. ArborPro was the cheapest, clean up was amzing and they finished in 1 day! would highly recommend them!
