"Signed up in mid December, told me it would be installed in 2 months, after a month I reach out and they say it will be another 2 months till install. Still waiting on install and it’s approaching mid March. Don’t know why expectations could not have been set correctly. Owner reached out to me and let me know it’s because they shut down the manufacturer for 3 weeks for a routine over the holidays shut down. But that should have already been known and should have been set for me as proper expectations. Then they tried to get me to do a different manufacturer, switching from Provia to Softlite, and during the explanation the manager Matt gave me incorrect information about the window - said I was getting a better model than I actually am getting. After I called him out on it he said he was confused because that’s a window that’s used in other markets? Very odd explanation. Didn’t realize it’s his first time using this window, doesn’t give me confidence. All in all, been given bad information from management that doesn’t align with contracts, feels like a bait and switch, and given bad information on the install date. Hoping to get this going ASAP and if it’s a good install I can reevaluate the experience,"
