Description of Work: They got my carpet so wet that it got down into the pad and brought the color up from the pad into the carpet. It took 3 days of A/C running 24/7 and a fan on it 24/7 to get it dry. They came back to try and get the stains out and got it soaking wet again and completely ruined my carpet. I had to replace it at my cost because they denied any wrong doing. Never would hire again. Scraped the paint on my walls doing the stairs also.

Description of Work: Cleaned 7 rooms of carpet and did stain removal. Very prompt and courteous service, however, there was only one guy that came even though I told them it was a large house and I wanted furniture moved. By the end I decided to just allow him to go around things because I felt bad he was there for over 6 hours and was looking exhausted! He did a quality job and removed stains that were there for awhile, but I would recommend asking for 2 cleaners (if possible) if you have a large house, want stuff moved and don't want them there all day.

Description of Work: They did carpet cleaning and they cleaned it after a tenant had been in the apartment with cats. They have done carpet cleaning at my home as well and they did upholstery cleaning on two sofa's for me in the past. They have done work on rental properties and my own home. The service was very good. The cost was reasonable.

Estimate was free and honest. Workers arrived on time and worked hard and quickly. Didn't leave a mess. Laid down plastic at base of stairway to minimize mess. Were good about letting us know when they would be coming. General manager and owner came on second day to inspect progress of workers. Attic is now a usable space we're not afraid to store our belongings in.
Description of Work: After paying for an estimate from a different company for "mold testing" (which we never saw results for), we called Steamatic to ask about their mold services. We set up a time to meet and the general manager arrived on time and took a look at the attic. He measured the space and provided a sketch in the estimate along with detailed services that would be provided. They included - scraping & vacuuming the entire attic surface - hepa air filtering it for a day - treating the entire area with mold-resistant chemicals - sealing the area with a paint-like coating.
