Description of Work: Tech came in, took off two panels off the furnace and pronounced it was not safe and I needed a new furnace. I called in a second Tech and he indicated there was nothing wrong with my furnace, adjusted gas pressure and said it was a good furnace.

Description of Work: This is the first service call I've had where they actually cleaned out the condenser outside. The tech brought his own hose. No other company has does that service, I purchased a contract for the most reasonable price in town for service twice a year.

Description of Work: Had to reschedule 5 times. A couple of times was due to the weather. Other times were their fault, because the secretary who was doing the scheduling was not the best. She got the days wrong and I asked her if I needed to leave the door unlocked and she said no. I figured he was going to need to get inside because he was servicing my AC to see if there were any problems, but she told me 3 times he did not need to get in the house. As it turned out he did need to get in. The technician was very nice and answered any questions I had.

Description of Work: Installed whole-house humidifier. Had issues with scheduling - had appointment set and they didn't show up. Rescheduled, and they came later than expected that time. Installation was done well overall, and technician was polite and courteous. He did unplug the hot water heater during the installation and forgot to plug it back in, but that was an easy fix - just had to discover it when the hot water ran out! | |Have had experiences with a couple of other plumbers in the area so far, and all have had some issues, so this was pretty good.
