I dont have nothing to compare it to. I signed up for their membership, they come out a couple times a year to check everything.

They assessed the size needed and installed it 4 days later.

Of course, I would use this provider again.

Called at 2:30 with a 2-year old furnace that wasn't working. They said they didn't have anyone immediately available, but got someone there just over an hour later, the problem was fixed by 4:30, which included the technician going out to get the warrantied part and returning to install it. Very reasonable pricing and fantastic customer service.

Amazing professionalism, found and fixed the issue, and even was gracious enough to describe what he was doing throughout the process and give me pointers on future maintenance.

They didn't tell me at the time that, you know in two years, such and such was going to have to be replaced for, it was quite a bit of money, in fact I did not replace it, so what I spent for the first two years o three years or whatever it was, and I wish I would have thought about it a little bit before I did it.

I've used them for several years now. I never had to call them,other than to set up a date.

Called them at 8:30 AM and they said they would have someone out between 9-11 AM. Wasn't home but got a call from the technician around 11:30 telling me what he had to fix, the cost and that it was working.

The guys arrived on time, were very efficient & very knowledgeable. They finished on time & explained the new equipment thoroughly.

Our experiences with Service Legends has been superb at this time. Curtis (salesperson) was pleasant appeared knowledgable and was in no way pushy which I appreciated. He presented us with several options which we discussed before our decision was made. The crew which came to clean our ducts (which we decided to do before installing the new units) were personable, felt knowledgable, and made my wife and I feel like they wanted to be there helping us. The crew who installed our furnace and AC showed the same professionalism and demeanor as everyone else we had worked with. They double checked the work, discussed my wishes, and were great about answering questions as they day went on. All in all I have been very satisfied with Service Legends at this time.

I have been dealing with them for three years. The cost of service was free because I have a two-year warranty with them. They are excellent. Their price is competitive. They are always on time and calling you ahead of time to let you know they are coming. The workers are excellent. I highly recommend them.

Travis, our technician, started the experience by asking if I had any time commitments that might create an issue for me. I have never been asked that by any repair person before! All the work he did continued to be done at that same high level of service. He fixed the problem. He also checked our freon, and then he checked for gasleaks. He found a small one, and fixed it also. When he found that my husband, Mark, has allergies, he recommended a UV light to help his allergies. We bought it; Travis called Service Legends, and they delivered the part so Travis could complete installation today! Travis's service was outstanding! We have been Service Legends customers for 7 years and will continue to be! Thank you, Travis, for continuing the service tradition!

I called them at 11:30 on Saturday morning and they had a tech out to us by 3:00 that same day. He found the problem and said he would order the parts. Since our air conditioner and furnace were older we wanted quotes on new ones. They sent a representative out to us that same afternoon. Both the tech and the salesman were friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up deciding to purchase new rather than fix the old one. The installers were fabulous. Nice, courteous, and clean! My basement storage room was cleaner after they left than before they came! By Monday evening at 7pm we had cool air coming in again! We purchased both heating and cooling, because of the age of both units. We highly recommend this company!!

It didn't happen. I initially called in May to schedule my annual service appt. My appt was scheduled for June 27th. It didn't make sense because the day I called, according to their add on the radio, they had appts available that same day. They called me a few days before my service appt. and cancelled my appt. They wanted to reschedule my service into August. I told them no. I had already been waiting about a month. Why would I want my air conditioning system serviced at the end of the summer season. After I got off the phone, I sent Brian Leech an email about how disappointed I was with their lack of service. I am still waiting for a response from him. I will never use them.

I found them from a different source. The original cost was about $27,700 and it was more than I needed. My wife suffers from terrible sinus problem, so I went overboard on buying health filters and stuff like that. It turns out it didn't do good for her, but at the time, to get somebody healthy in your house, you had to buy anything you have. I would never do that again. They did a good job, the guys worked really hard and I appreciate that.

Without a doubt-the most comprehensive furnace inspection/maintenance/tuneup I've ever seen. The technician (Luke) did an outstanding job and kept me informed the entire time. He also scoped out the heat exchanger with a camera and wanted to make sure I watched it with him (there were no issues). He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and I will use them again. Service Legends is my new go-to company for anything HVAC.

My furnace was blowing cold air only, on the coldest weekend of the year. I had just changed the furnace filter in December so I knew that wasn't the issue. I scheduled an appointment with Service Legends for the next day. The gentleman I spoke to asked me if I had checked the batteries on my thermostat and tried to direct me in finding them. It wasn't until I got off of the phone that I was able to locate the battery compartment. I changed the batteries and had hot air blowing throughout my home immediately! His advice allowed me to cancel my appointment and although they didn't get my business for the next day, I will definitely call them in the future for any furnace issues! My total cost: $0.00!
