No they didn’t come back to fix the drywall that was ruined from the pipes leaking

The service tech actually found a small gas leak ( but any leak is bad) and he repaired it right away. There way no charge for this service as we belong to their service club so service call and repair were no additional cost to us. Very professional and explained everything before repairing. We will not change to any other service company.

Scheduling was easy, they sent a text with tech name & picture ahead of time, and he arrived as scheduled and communicated. They communicated recommended upgrades without a pushy sales pitch. They also make you aware of anything needing immediate attention. They provide flat pricing upfront and honor those prices if you prefer to think it over before moving forward. Past experience, I know SL honor their $99 diagnosis fee no matter how long it takes, and if not fixed they return for free. They don't put you at the bottom of the list either. They return to fix the issue, even if they didn't initially cause the issue. I have used SL for complete furnace/AC replacement, warranty work, regular service, after hours, and have referred 4 new clients to them. The only reason I have this experience with SL is because of the less than satisfactory experience I had with another HVAC company. SL has come in and replaced wiring, replaced the thermostat after rewiring the thermostat didnt work. And when one wire solution didn't resolve it, they didn't give up. They offered to provide fans in the summer and space heaters in the winter until the issue was identified and corrected. NOTE: The unit SL installed at prior address has only had regular maintenance needed to support warranty for over 8 years. My recurring issues are related to an incorrect installation during new home construction by an HVAC company who outsourced installation and then refused to stand behind their product & service.

The work was performed the next day after I called. The technician covered his shoes and protected my home while working. The system is running really well now. The tech also checked the entire system to make sure that it is working and whether or not I had any concerns. Two items in the air conditioner needed replacing.

Stacci inspected the entire AC system. He was personable and professional. He discribed any potential issues going forward and which parts had extensive wear. I asked a few questions to get his professional opinion and reviewed pricing on all options. He sent me a breakdown of those prices and I'm now in the process of getting cost comparisons.

Alex was friendly, courteous and prompt. He checked everything and found a loose wire. Took care of that and also recommended a could of things that may need changed in the future. Always been very happy with Service Legends.
