Great as usual. Have been with Service Legends for over ten years for furnace and ac maintenance. They are awesome to work with. I pay a monthly fee so the checkups are paid for. (Less than 20.00 a month)

Fantastic. The tech, Mandi, made some recommendations on some ongoing issues that were valid and appropriate. The recommendations were over and above her purpose. All techs have given this same high level of service. They have all been happy and highly professional which says a great deal about how the company treats their employees.

Clean the coil and filter. Made recommendations on how to make the system work better.

Tune up was fast and thorough. Alex my tecnichian was professional, polite and explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I would recommend Alex and Service Legends to Everyone.

I contacted Service Legends on 3/28 to schedule an appointment to provide a quote to replace our ac/furnace and possibly our hot water heater. I completed the scheduling process with a friendly receptionist who scheduled a 9:00am appointment on 3/30. Once our conversation ended I received a text message verifying my scheduled time. Please note its a 4 hour window for them to show up... This is poor service (cable companies have 2 hour windows as an example) and should of been the first red flag that they didn't disclose it until the text message. Day of service I waited as agreed from 9am to 2:31pm giving them an extra 1.5 hours to contact me. I gave up and called the number on the text to let them know that I could no longer wait and would be leaving a review on Angie's List. I was placed on hold for roughly 5 minutes and told that they would have someone call me to reschedule sometime later. I told Service Legends representative that wast necessary. A no call, no show, is not acceptable for any service related company. I wouldn't feel right trusting a 10,000+ project to a company that can't call if late. I honestly don't feel like Service Legend actually cared that they wasted almost 6 hours of my day. I got a sorry about that and the call ended. This is the first time I have had an issue like this dealing with a A rated service.

They completed the main instalation, but left two projects incomplete and said someone would be back by the end of the week or early the next week. After1 week I called to see when they are coming back. I was told someone would call me back that day. No one has called me back yet and that was 3 days ago. I have paid for the service in full and the check has been deposited.

After our yearly checkup it was suggested that we replace our furnace. Danny sat and explained all the options that were available in order to fit us and our house with best furnace to do the job. They were able to do the job the same day!

It went very well. Kevin, the repair tech. is very knowledgeable, prompt & dependable.

These guys are awesome. From the people you talk to on the phone to the service technicians that show up at your home. Everyone is very knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. They went way above and beyond to make sure that they were providing me what exactly what I needed and nothing more or less. My wife and I were both so impressed with the entire experience that we signed up for the membership program to have them come out every spring and fall to service/maintain our heating and cooling system. I highly recommend Service Legends.

Alec was able to find the issue, repair it and perform some preventative repair to ensure no future issues. Alec explained what he was doing throughout and answered all my questions.

Craig came on a Saturday night to get our heat fixed. He was thorough and professional.

The service man first explained what he was going to do and then kept me informed of things he was finding. He showed me with a camera of issues internal to the furnace and also of issues with the AC unit. He explained things in layman's terms so I could understand. In the end I am purchasing a new furnace and AC unit because the cost to fix everything was not worth it. I am having them install both because I know and trust that they will do it right the first time at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Service Legends for all your heating and cooling needs if you want it done right the first time.

We received a great explanation about the options we have that fit our home, everything was very clear and simple we were happy with Jon proposal and we choose Service Legends to replace our HVAC system. The replacement of the old unit was done very professionally, fast and they care and respect of our property, Steven did a very great job and also take time to answer our question about our new units and the simple maintenance required. Everyone at Service legends was great and the name of the company clearly reflect the people the work for them.

Gabe was thorough and professional. He explained the process and gave a thorough checking and cleaning of the unit. Service Legends is our go to company for excellent service for our AC and Furnace. We purchased both units from them 18 months ago and our energy bills reduced significantly and the performance of the heating and cooling improved dramatically! Great company, great technicians and always prompt and reliable!

They were prompt, professional yet friendly, respectful, courteous. They're called home comfort heros and they've lived up to that title on every interaction. Other service businesses could do we'll by using their standards of customer service. They always email a picture of the technician so when they come to your door you know they're legitimate.

I look forward to our A/C and furnace checks because of Service Legends Techs...our furnace, which we purchased from Service Legends is 8 years old...I can not remember having a Tech who was not friendly, professional, confident, funny and a pleasure to have in our home. Service Legends will bend over backwards to help you at any time. Just an AWESOME Company...can't say enough things about them!!!!!

Service was fantastic. Josh was on time and very professional. Took time to explain what he was doing and why. He give me all the options for repair and cost. Will happily call for future service.

Had a 23 year old furnace and A/C and although it was operating fine, I was getting nervous about it this past winter when it was so cold for so long. A nice personable young man came to provide a quote in January. He knew I was going to retire within 2 months and that I was trying to get by as inexpensive as possible. Turns out they had a system that had been installed in error as the manufacturer had sent the wrong system to them and they had installed it. It was discovered somehow and they had to deinstall it. This system had the same 85% efficiency as the one I currently had, so it was not the high efficiency that many buy now. He said they could install that system which would have been cheaper for me by possibly $3000. I didn't get a warranty, as that can only be use once and it was used at the first location it was installed at. It is an Amana system. I decided to not have the system installed until spring when the temperatures were nicer so as not to freeze in the winter or bake in the summer while they installed it. Two technicians arrived on time and completed the work sooner than I thought. Nice guys and willing to explain everything and answer questions. Cleaned up after themselves before leaving. So far I am pleased with the operation, although it's only been a month. I had used the heat a few times in the beginning and now using A/C and all seems to operate fine.

Service Legends was great -- came out and gave me an estimate on a furnace with multiple options at different price points. Arrived on time to install. Everyone was polite and helpful, and new furnace is working well.
