Description of Work: called service legends before 8 o'clock in the morning left a message they said that they would give you a $50 credit if you left a message vs staying online for someone to answer the phone, problem is service legends never called me back I called them at 4 o'clock that evening and they said they didn't even have me on their books won't try service legends again poor service.

Description of Work: I called due to a loud vibration in my A/C unit. The service tech replaced the motor and capacitor, explaining my options. However, the unit began making the same noises within two days. Initially I was very upset and disappointed in the service, assuming I would now have to pay MORE to get it fixed. To my surprise, Service Legends replaced the universal motor with the name brand motor (more expensive), a new capacitor and a new fan at NO CHARGE. I couldn't believe it. They stood behind their commitment to providing the right service. Although I didn't like the constant sales pitch for annual service fees, the service was excellent.
