This man was awesome. He encountered some problems that we didn't know would happen but he kept with it. He was here for at least 7 hours more I think. He was very polite and nice. He finished and made sure everything was OK and answered any and all questions. Thank you so much.

Grant and Nick did an excellent job installing my new furnace and in a shorter time that I expected, considering the cramped space. Mike and Kraig did a great job installing my new water heater. Both guys were good to work with. They also did a good job replacing my water shutoff valves.

Grant and Jay were awesome to have out installing a whole new AC/furnace system. They were extremely nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and showed great care for my property. They did an above and beyond job of cleaning up after themselves, while making it look like they were never there. These two, I would recommend in a heartbeat for any type of replacement or repair.

Description of Work: Our appointment was for the annual checkup of our heat pump and furnace--both of which we purchased from Service Legends. While the tech was doing the checkup he discovered that the coolant in the heat pump was low because of a leaky seal. Fortunately for us the repair was all warranty work. The tech respected our time by arriving when promised. He also did the repair while he was here for the annual checkup--instead of having us schedule another time for the repair. (The repair did take a while!) The tech was also friendly and professional. He went above a beyond too. He took the time to completely remove a stubborn advertisement sticker that another local heating-A/C-plumbing company had placed on our system (without our permission) when they were at our house earlier for some plumbing work. Overall we had a positive experience with a checkup visit which turned into a repair visit. We plan to go with Service Legends again for our future heating and A/C needs.

Description of Work: THe company comes once a year to check the heating a/c unit. Have always been prompt, reliable and professional. Answer all questions. Have been very pleased with this service that I have had for 5yrs. I'm on a plan that costs 20.00/mth and gives discounts for any parts needed.

Description of Work: Our capacitor went out on our ac and they sent out a tech within an hour which was about 8pm. Less than 30 minutes later our ac was back up and running. Very happy with the prompt professional service again as we had them service our furnace in march.

Description of Work: High pressure cleaning of ducts thru out the whole house. It has never been done before, so it took about 3 hours. The only problem is the service man tip the dogs water bowl over but immediately clean it up.
