Description of Work: I took advantage of the $89.00 special to get my furnace checked. I had just moved in to my new house and didn't know how to change the filter (or even where it was) and Denny was so nice and explained everything to me. He was just awesome. I will definitely call Schaal again for all my heating/ac needs.

Description of Work: A company that purchased our former heating and cooling service, Schaal sent Ed to service our air conditioner for the coming season. He did a very through job, including showing us how to clean our air cleaner. we signed a contract for future work.
