Description of Work: Removed old 6 foot cedar privacy fence along west back yard. |Replaced cedar fencing. |The metal posts remained. No digging required. |There was a 3 foot wide garden area along the entire fence line. |This was protected and nothing was disturbed. Not even one foot print in the dirt. This was completed in 2 days. Very tidy. Very good quality.

Description of Work: Larry came and patched our chain link fence along the back of our yard. He also installed new chain link with two gates on either side of our house, closing gap between house and the neighbors' fences. We have a new dog, so he was careful to inspect the fences around entire yard for any gaps. We are thrilled with his work!

Description of Work: I had Larry come and bid out a black vinyl chain link fence, with one side wood privacy. Larry was very professional and punctual. I would have been happy to hire him for the work. However, my neighbor was paying for the wood privacy fence line (he wanted the privacy part rather than chain link). After several trips, it turned out my neighbor wanted a fence that was much more involved. The neighbor wanted the wood fence posts 4 feet in the ground, for example. Larry politely declined the business, knowing that dealing with my neighbor would be difficult. I really respected Larry for doing so. What ended up happening is the neighbor put in the wood fence line himself. Said neighbor took almost an entire year to do this because of how particular the neighbor is. There were many issues that arose with putting this fence in and many roadblocks. Eventually it was completed but it took almost a year. I think it says a lot when a contractor can recognize that either a) they aren't the best person for a specific job or b) personalities will clash over the course of a project. Thumbs up to Larry for the estimate for the work - sounds like he's a great guy to work with.
