Description of Work: They came and did the initial spray, but could only do inside as it was winter and a lot of snow outside. They were pleasant, answered questions, very quick, explained the product. Corrected a minor error on a document mailed to me later very quickly and courteously. Overall, very pleased.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for pest control. The service date was set via e-mail for Sep 29, 14 at 9:00 am. When the technician did not arrive, I contacted the provider to determine the status of my service. Mr. Miller indicated he thought it was already completed and apologized for the mix-up. The technician finally showed up about 3:00 pm and asked: "What are we doing today?" I was a little taken aback as terms were laid out in the deal. The technician sprayed throughout the house which took about 15 minutes.

We got a great deal but I don't know what regular pricing would be. |The technician arrived and asked what problems we were seeing. Asked some questions if we had any mice etc which we didn't. And he got to work. We were having problems with ants, spiders and starting to hear all the crickets since it was fall. Haven't heard crickets in the house anymore! We don't have the webs all over the grass and bushes by the house in the mornings either. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: mowed over a yellow jacket nest in the ground over the weekend that I didn't realize was there. After getting swarmed and stung numberous times, I obviously abandoned the mower. Called Miller pest, they scheduled appointment the same day, and actually arrived an hour earlier than they promised. They took care of not only that nest in the ground, they also eliminated other nests that we've had around the outside of the house in the same service call. Have not seen a single bee since then and it's been a week. Extremely good service and very reasonable price. He also said that they guarantee their work and will come back free of charge through the year if somehow the nests do rebuild.

Description of Work: The owner was on time, promptly and thoroughly sprayed around the house. He was very polite, professional and completed the job for the quoted price. I would feel very confident to use the services again.

Description of Work: I purchased the special deal from Angie's List to spray around the outside of the house (we had ants appearing). I called them a few days after purchasing the special because I hadn't heard from them about scheduling. They did not arrive when scheduled...they arrived the next day. This was difficult when trying to schedule around work. A couple of weeks later, ants were appearing again in a couple of places, with a 30 day guarantee, I called and they returned within a couple of days to treat only the areas where I said I saw the pests.
