Nothing wrong with the service, they came out when we said we had an issue, but didn't schedule follow-up/quarterly sprays. Also, did not put down outdoor barrier until I requested it.

The exterminator person was well-mannered and brought all the equipment needed; showing up on time. He did a thorough inspection of the home and determined what was needed. He seemed to have comprehensive knowledge on pest control. He explained to us what the problem was and what that meant to us. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He exercised due caution and did a meticulous treatment for the pests. He promptly came back again when needed. My wife and I believe we got good value for our money and our happy and satisfied with the results. Thank you Miller Pest Control!

The professionally dressed technician showed up 5 minutes early for the appointment. He asked what the problem was (ants) and then asked me some follow ups. This was outside spraying only for this price which was fine with me if it killed the little buggers. He went about his work and in about 10 minutes was finished and gone. No hard sell about follow-up contracts or service plans. It has been about 6 weeks and the ants have not shown back up. I plan to call them again next year if needed.

Robby sprayed inside and out. He explained what he was going to do before starting and the type of spray he would be using. When he finished he asked if I had any questions and told me that since it was supposed to rain, if we got a lot and ants came back, to call and they would respray outside. I have never had a service spray for bugs before but I have had termite treatment and contracts. I have used Miller"s for termites for the past several years and would never use anyone else. As with the bug spray, they are always punctual, informative and honest. Really good company to deal with!

Called to schedule an appointment, discovered coupon was only good for the outside for prevention, not for inside for pest control that was double the advertised price. Did not use service.

In a week, the spiders were mostly gone. How nice not to have webs everywhere. Chris was on time and very courteous. Will have Miller's back regularly.

I've used these guys time and time again. They are always consistently well above average as far as professionalism, integrity and quality of work. I've had problems in the past with hidden fees with other providers, but that's not the case with these guys. This is a well run family owned business and that's where it's at. Nothing better than supporting home grown businesses. Trying to get this level of service from a chain company or any other pest control company for that matter has been a real feat. I guess it's the old needle in a haystack type deal. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Excellent and immediate service was provided by Miller's. I purchased the special from Angie's List set up an appointment and the tech was on time and treated the outside of my home. The tech was very courteous and professional. He took the time to ask what type of pest control I was looking for and made and asked inquiring question to make sure he was providing the appropriate service.

It was a through application. Now it's wait and see if it works. If it does work I will have them come again.

He gave me the price. He gave me a time to expect his crew. His crew showed up promptly on time. They spent hours doing the job thoroughly. They were pleasant and educated me on several matters concerning 6-legged vermin. They charged exactly what I was told they would charge. They said if the problem returns within the year they will come back for nothing. The problem recurred 2-3 months later. I called. They came out promptly and re-did the job. No charge. We have been bug-free since then. I am pleased with the service: they did what they said they would do, they charged what they said they would charge, and they did their job well. What more can one ask?

The first appointment he never showed up, but billed me for it anyway. I protested the bill and never received a response. The second time the guy showed up and did the treatment. My basement had a horrible chemical smell for over a month. I have never had that experience before after a pest treatment. I paid the bill and then he sent me a past due notice for the original visit he never showed up for. I called and left a message again disputing the charge. I never heard back from them.

Our provider was over an hour later than we'd been told, plus we received no phone call informing us that he would be late. However, the gentleman was apologetic. He toured the premises to assess, then began the spraying. He spent nearly two hours with us. He explained each step as he went. He was personable and professional. We will receive follow-up appointments about every two months.

I've been using these folks regularly for quite some time on a maintenance basis to keep insects away from the house. And it works! They are extremely responsive to my needs and concerns & always display a very cheerful attitude.

I run a daycare out of my home. The same day I called, they came out. By the next day, I didn't have any other issues. Very nice gentleman that serviced my home, and I will definitely be calling them back if I ever need their services again.

When they spray they don't miss any locations either inside or outside the house. We have been spider, cricket and termite free since we have used them.
