Description of Work: The original estimate was for more; however, several storm windows could not be taken out to be cleaned. The window servicemen adjusted the bill which I appreciated as I may not have thought to ask for that myself.

Description of Work: Indoor and outdoor residential window clenaing. I was not happy they arrived early and expected us to accomodate their change of timing. We have our own business and were planning to be available to them at a precise time. They called an hour or so earlier...and said they were going to be there....We let them start on outside, and we got there when we could. I expect promptnness when we agree to a time -- not early, not late as we have a schedule too.

These people are window cleaning machines. They cleaned everything I asked, and then some. They cleaned reception area windows, door windows, etc. Above and beyond what I asked for. Two guys, one day. In and out of occupied offices with no disturbance.
Description of Work: They were subcontracted by Servicemaster to wash the inside and outside of the windows in my companies building. I requested the inside and outside of all exterior windows be done.
