Called for an estimate for a window washing, was told that they will come to look at the property and leave an estimate in the mailbox. They never showed up. Called again, just to give them a benefit of a doubt...a woman told me she will send someone out in a day. Guess what? No one showed up. Don't waste your time or breath on Larry's Window Service, they don't want your business!

Not well. Crew was advised prior to job storms had been painted shut. They literally wrenched them off leaving a mess behind. A screen and one window were broken in the process; after a month I have yet to hear about the promised repairs. Further inspection showed up two other botched screens and two cracked storms. Go elsewhere.

Had good service in the past but this last visit wasn't so hot. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned all windows and screens on Friday 7/10. They left three screens on the front of our house lying on the roof and I found a couple of their dirty rags in the yard. They performed the service at the end of the week so the screens were lying up there all weekend. My wife called them on Tuesday 7/14 to have them come back out to put the screens back on. My wife was told they would check to see what guys were closest to our house and then she would send them over in the afternoon to put the screens back on, but they were a no show. I called them Wed 7/15 and they told me that my wife had it wrong and that they told her they would be out on Thursday 7/16. Even if that was the case how is that acceptable? If we have a storm our screens could get damaged or fly off and hit someone. looks like we will be waiting almost a week from the time of their mistake to get this resolved.

When I first had them they did a great job all the time but then the last couple of times, the windows were not clean. I actually called them more than once and they just did not care that I was not happy; they could care less. They did not try to come out and fix it. They do mostly the big tall skyscrapers downtown and I am just a little residential house and I am sure it did not really matter to them. When I complained about it, they should have told me that it was because they had to clean the inside part without which the whole window is not going to look clean but that was not even an option with them. They were basically tough. I started looking around and tried another company. When I called the other company, they said they could open the windows and clean it inside but it would charge extra; they said I did not have to do it every time, only sometimes. That was what I wanted. Larrys Window Service could actually care a little bit about what their customers thought. They were competitively priced. For years it was really good; I have been in this house for eighteen years and they have cleaned windows in my other house before that too and they were fine. I did not think they were overpriced.

Two young men arrived promptly. They greeted me professionally, shaking my hand firmly. They had not been out previously so needed a tour. They worked inside and out, obviously experienced as a team, while my husband and I worked outside on landscaping. They finished a large project in about two hours. They cleaned up after themselves; there was no mess to be found. One calculated the amount of the bill, itemizing it for me. This was an incredibly reasonable amount considering the work that was completed.

I called to schedule an estimate and when no one came to leave an estimate after a few days, I called again after reading the reviews that they are usually very quick to do so. Someone was out later that day to do an estimate. I called to schedule and I understood it would be a few weeks since it was a busy time. The day of the service, two men came out right on time and did the job very swiftly and thoroughly. When they came inside, they were conscious to cover their shoes and let me know if any windows had been left open as it was supposed to rain later. I was very pleased with this company, will call them again in the future.

this is the second year we have had Larrys Window Service come to wash our townhouse windows. Always friendly, punctual, and they get immediately to their work. Will definitely hire them back for next year.

I called for an estimate and someone came out the same day. I called back and said for them to come wash all the windows and made an appointment for the following day. They came on time, washed all of the windows inside and out. Was very professional and nice. He gave me time to vacuum my screens. Beautiful, well done job! Will have them back in the fall.

Since our home has a lot of windows, I called to schedule an on-site estimate. A service professional arrived the next morning. He walked around our home's exterior, examining and counting windows. He gave me a written estimate for cleaning each type of window and provided a total estimated amount for indoor and outdoor cleaning versus outdoor only. He also provided the cost of cleaning screens. We decided to hold off on screen cleaning until spring. I called the next day to schedule the indoor/outdoor cleaning and was able to set up an appointment quickly. The day of the cleaning, a 2-man crew arrived on time. They were courteous and professional, worked quickly (finished under the estimated time) and did a phenomenal job. Our windows look fantastic! The corners were well cleaned, no streaking, hazing or residue marks. The final bill matched the estimate for our 127 windows, plus the cost of 2 interior panes of glass that I decided to have cleaned while the cleaning crew was there. I will definitely schedule them again!

two guys were amazingly efficient and actually fun to have around. i engaged them in conversation as they worked (fast). i had always thought this service would be more expensive. very pleased for the inexpensive cost, the expert work, and the attitude of company representatives on the phone and in person.

Larry came punctually with an assistant. They were very friendly and efficient. They cleaned the windows and wiped down the screens. The job was done very well, and they made sure the area was clean after they had finished. When I got the bill, it was less than the original estimate. I would recommend Larry to anyone of my friends and will also call him again in the future.

They do a great job. They are quick, always and bring 2 people, and wear shoe covers when they come in your home.

They are very efficient and do a good job. We tend to use them every other year or so.

It was covered by insurance because it was after a fire. I see all around growth in the company because they are always downtown doing business windows. They have a lot of people working for them, I know they started out as a one man job so they must be doing something right if they've grown so big so fast. We had some really dirty windows and they got them pretty clean. I think it took a couple of hours.

They are professional, arrive on time and do a nice job. The cost included washing all my thermal pane windows inside and out and I have a fairly large home ( 3 floors). They also clean your screens for an additional cost and didn't seem irritated that I added that on when they arrived to wash my windows. They were recommended to me by a couple friends and I am pleased with their service.
