He was right on time, efficiently used time. Was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use DDS Plumbing again.

He was fabulous. Just very honest and he didn't charge us when he saw we needed a sewage company not just a plumber.

Plumber arrived on time and diagnosed the issue. Though the the part only cost $12.00 the price was fair due to the service call.

They have a ton of experience working on older homes. Everything turned out great. It did take longer than they planned, but they stood by their bid.

.Garbage disposal leaked- Replaced it at minimal charge and even advised how tos ave some money. Second and third time involved a major pipe burst- came out on Sunday morning early and helped us at lest get the pipe stable- came back onTuesday to do an all day job on the pipe which was in the drywall- came in $350 less than the origianl estimate and then gave us 10% off for being on Angies list. Fixed dishwasher which was not weorking due to the previous contractor not hooking it up correctly. Cleaned up impeccably. Just a great company. Will definitely use them for any plumbing needs

i called DDS due to my experience from the first time I used them. They did not disappoint . On a scale of one to ten I give them a ten for exceptional service and workmanship.

He was early, called to ask if that was ok. Very thorough, polite, and clean. Explained the options and got the repair done quickly. Would most definitely use again in the future.

Scott did a good job explaining what he saw as he worked on the pipe. He explained the situation well and gave a clear recommendation. It's been a week and no issues with pipe since.

Scott was the employee that came out and provided the service. He had great manners and was very polite. He was able to use parts that I already had. This business is five generation of plumbers and Scott has been around this type of work since he was a kid. I picked this company because they were close to my home and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend to other members.

DDS Plumbing installed a GE water softener for me that I bought at a local "big box" store. I wanted a solid-copper hookup (not flex-line stuff) and needed a good plumber. I picked DDS based on Angie's List reviews. DDS gave me an estimate (via Angie's List messaging), I felt it was a fair price, and arranged for an installation date. The plumber showed up as scheduled and did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. He left a clean install and help me program the softener so I was ready to go. Everything was done exactly as I wanted. The bill was at the low end of the estimate range - plus they honored an Angie's List discount they offered.

I called to get a water heater repaired that was under warranty. The manufacturer had shipped out the part. Don was able to give me an appointment for the next morning and had it fixed in an hour. He was prompt and his pricing was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

This was my first experience with this company which I got off of Angie's list. After getting off on a not so good of a start which I won't go into detail which was taken care of ASAP from the office , owner and the worker (Scott) . This I can tell you , it was customer service at it's best. I also was very satisfied with the work performed and definitely will use again if the need should arise. Thank you DDS.

First he showed up early which for me was fantastic because I was available. The plumber was polite and went straight to work. He did warn me that the galvenized types of pipes that I have may not be able to achieve a good drainage due to the way that the metal errodes and catches debris over time and that there might not be a great outcome. He was then able to fully unclog the sink and said there is probably plastic pipe farther down that made the sink drain perfectly! He was done quickly (15-20 minutes). Courteous, friendly, and to the point.

Most responsive to offer to come out to bid the job of all contractors I requested to submit bids. The bid was immediate. I accepted the bid a week later and then set up a time for the work to be performed. They arrived on-time (a bit early which I appreciated). They respected me and my home; explained what would happen; let me know when the water would need to be shut off and the approximate times. I came and went as needed. I was very comfortable leaving the contractor in my home. The contractor pointed out a leak in my toilet and offered to replace it and the price was great. I would highly recommend this business and I will call them first for future needs. Thank you DDS Plumbing. I would not have found you if I had not searched Angie's List.

We have used Don as our plumber for the past 5 years and have always been thrilled with his work. We just purchased a townhome that needed some work and he has been out 3 times in the last 2 months. He installed a gas line for our dryer for $100 and a gas line for our stove for $100 and corrected the fireplace gas line for $200.00. He is always friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Can't praise him enough.

Roto Rooter dropped the ball in that they installed a new Rheem water heater and sold us a service contract and then lost a provider in our area. Don showed up early and went right to work. He noticed some improperly installed venting and wondered if that was impairing the hot water heater. Then he called Rheem and told them in detail what we had done thus far. We had contacted Rheem several times and they sent out a new control, but that hadn't taken care of the problem. They recommended that he clean the flame sensor and were hesitant to replace the part. He cleaned it out and the heater began operating normally. He recommended asking the company for a new flame sensor if it stopped working again.

I was very pleased with the work done by Don and his employees. They worked hard and were very knowledgeable. I would definitely use DDS plumbing again.

plumber replaced springs and seals, but new valves leaked/didn't work, so he used the old ones. He also replaced 2 O-rings on the faucet neck. Then he replaced the old lead pipes with new flex pipe and replaced the outside spigots with new spigots that shut off 10" inside the house so they are unlikely to freeze. I was worried about the house siding which was over the old spigot collar. But he did a good job cosmetically and both look good. I dropped them from top rating in quality because after he left and I went to use the faucet, it stuttered. It has since healed itself so I assume it was air in the lines. I don't know why he didn't notice it and warn me.

Excellent work...replaced toilet very efficiently, and they supplied the toilet at a very good price. Plumber then repaired a sink drain in the same bathroom that was out of commission for months (previous plumber installed new faucet and drain - and used silicone instead of plumber's putty to seal the drain, so it was leaking). Finally, DDS replaced n outside hose bib (hydrant) that had frozen over the winter and burst. All work done in less than 3 hours - and they honored Angie's List 10% coupon off of labor for the first visit.

We were highly pleased with this company. They are polite, responsive, fast, competent, and do only services that a home-owner needs (no unnecessary up-sell). This job was a series of faucet and sink repairs in a house that had been vacant for an extended period of time, and replacement of a cracked waste pipe. The young man sized up the job, made some notes and went for parts, and then quickly paced through the repairs. Given all the new parts (pricey faucet cartridges), the price was more than fare. He also made a creative and smart fix of the cracked pipe.

It was my first time using DDS and selected them based on Angie's List. Called and made appointment for 11:00 am the next day. I came home from a work meeting getting here exactly at 11:00, and Scott was waiting for me. He fixed the issue with the faucet, repaired my other outside faucet, as well (not part of original call for service, but did it at my request). He had everything done, cleaned up and gone in an hour. Provided suggestions for the ceiling repair, suggestions for getting additional care of the faucet (they are frost free, but turn off the main water to external faucets in the winter). Scott was friendly, professional, prompt, and fast. What more can you ask for from a plumbing service?
