I’ve used DDS plumbing over the past several years for repairs & assistance with a remodel. DDS exceeds expectations every time. They are thorough, efficient, honest, dependable & complete high-quality work.

Scott came out to do the repairs. I had several plumbing issues and didn't expect to have them all completed the same day, but Scott managed to get them all done in one afternoon, including making s run for parts and a new disposal. He explained the cause of each issue and his planned fix before he went ahead. Most of of it ended up being relatively small repairs but I know some plumbers would have replaced rather than fixed to make more money. Very honest, good communication, reasonable pricing, skilled work - I will call them for all of my plumbing needs.

They never returned my call. I went on to Golden Rule Plumbing and was completely satisfied.

They arrived early! Awesome. Scott took a look at the leak and assessed the problem quickly. He explained what would have to be done and had to make one quick trip to get a part. Less than two hours from arrival job is done place is picked up and cleaned and a reasonable bill is paid. Thanks Scott and Don.

A guy answered & said he was driving & took my name & phone # & said would call me back in couple hours. never called so i called two times the next day & no one answered.( not sure # on craigs list is correct) thought i would call one more time the following day so this time i looked up the local phone # & got a answering machine so left another message & still no return call so i assumed they do not need more business so called another plumbing co.

Excellent work. Shane and Scott were very knowledgeable and professional. Done in a timely manner and cleaned up well.

It went well, he had to cut the wall out in the back so he could put new pluming in, His work was neat and he cleaned up all the mess..

Excellent. Due to age of heater valve was placed in odd spot. Heater is working so gave an estimate to replace unit and talked over choices.

With the 7.36 inches of rain that fell June 30, my sump pump and backup sump were overwhelmed and we think the 16 year old primary sump pump burned out. The DDS plumber had trouble even getting to my house due to nearby street flooding, but he found a way. He got the backup sump pump working properly but couldn't get a good replacement for the primary until the supply company opened on Monday (though he offered to get another brand from Menards for me, I elected to wait until he could secure the brand he recommended). Returned as scheduled on Monday, July 2, and replaced the old pump with a Zoeller. Very happy with the service.

I recieved an estimate, but did not recieve answers to any questions about the estimate, including details on what was included in the price, even after 2 my 2 follow-up e-mails and 2 follow-up calls I made to them in 1 weeks time. No answers, no replies. The thing is, I spent time reviewing the estimate they gave me, made notes, and took the time to send them detailed questions AND took the time to wait for them. I was ready to hire them, but the follow-up communication was not there- very disappointed.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE DDS Plumbing. I have hired them for service calls 4 times now. I had a high level of concern about both the cost and level of destruction needed to fix the leaking water pipe in the ceiling of my finished basement. Scott from DDS Plumbing was able to repair it by cutting only two small holes in the ceiling, through which he was able to find and fix the leaking pipe. He also went through a troubleshooting process with a shower faucet in a guest bathroom that was only producing scalding hot water in a way that minimized the cost and impact to me. I feel like another plumber would have jumped to a easier and more costly fix of replacing the entire faucet, but Scott took his time to diagnose an issue with the pressure balance in the cartridge, which resulting in a less expensive and impacting way to the fix the problem. I really appreciate the professionalism, quality of work, and fair cost of service that DDS Plumbing has. This is a company with a lot of integrity, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing plumbing services!

With all old homes, it didn’t go as planned but in the end the job was completed.

Went with Lazer Electric and Plumbing. They were available, punctual, professional and reasonably priced. Wish we could have continued our business with DDS, but not sure what happened with them.

Excellent. Scott ( one of the owners of DDS) was prompt and efficient. He even went beyond his call of duty to clear a clogged drain. I would definitely recommend DDS to my friends and colleagues.

Really well. Although some of the parts weren't available Scott did his best to make it all work! He even fabricated and modified parts. He was very helpful with our older fixtures and made suggestions on where to get needed pieces. Thank you Scott

Scott was great. He tried many tricks to avoid not having to cut in my wall, but ultimately had to replace my valve. Clean cut made it easy to to either replace the drywall or insert an acces panel. Scott very good at what he does and really knows what he is doing. DDS Plumbing definitely going in the "Rolodex"

Due to a mixup on the schedule, he didn't show up when I expected, but when I phoned, he worked me into his schedule immediately and performed the repair for free to make up for the inconvenience. Very courteous and professional.
