Description of Work: We were very pleased with DDS Plumbing. Their prices were low compared to other plumbers and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with their work. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: I matched with DDS Plumbing through the Angie's List Snap Fix. No reply to messages. So I emailed them. No reply.

Description of Work: They fixed a leaky tub faucet and installed a new faucet that I had purchased in my master bath. I was so glad he was able to fix the tub faucet because to replace it I guess they would have had to go through the living room wall! Really nice guy, willing to explain everything. I had a leak in the master bath faucet after installation (predicted by him because of old sink, new plastic drain stop). When I called about it, he came out that same day, rounded up a metal replacement and installed it. So the fact that I had to buy a metal replacement and pay for installation added to the cost. Had it worked with the faucet I bought would have been cheaper. So much for women shopping at Menards! Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Installed some water lines and a dishwasher. One of the water lines leaked a few weeks afterwards. All I had to do was call DDS and someone came over right away. Great service.

Description of Work: First time I called them, I left a message - they did not call back. I called them one week later and they scheduled an appointment to meet with me. They did not meet with me at the designated time, and did not respond to my message regarding their missed appointment. | |Very poor customer service.

Description of Work: The worker was very knowledgeable and performed his work quickly and was very organized. We purchased our own garbage disposal and faucet and he intalled. I have been dealing with a leak under kitchen sink for years off and on. It is gone now. He also fixed a tub faucet and sink drane in the master bathroom. Was very pleased that the cost was as low as it was. We were expecting much more.

Description of Work: Repaired garbage disposal. Workman was prompt, clean, and explained what he was doing, including giving me instructions on how I could fix it on my own if the issue were to come up again. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Don ran new plumbing for a new basement bathroom, very helpful in layout, and best use of space, one drip under the sink and Don was out to fix at no cost. Highly recommend, unsure of price it was grouped with basement remodel.

Description of Work: I had a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. The plumber arrived promptly and installed the faucet very quickly. He cleaned up after himself, even supplying his own towel to soak up the little bit of water that was the result of the install. He answered my questions adequately and explained to me that he was a fifth generation plumber. I will absolutely call on this company again if I have a need for a plumber in the future. I got a 10% discount because I am an Angie's list member and will get 10% off any work I might need to have done in the future. Great company and competent work. Highly recommend.
