DDS is very thorough and knowledgeable. Very happy we found DDS and would definitely recommend them.

He was very knowledgeable and nice, but very slow to return my phone calls. The bid was the lowest one I got but I had to follow up with him twice in order to get the written bid. he gave me a verbal bid but that's not the same as a written bid. I had to follow up with them so many times for the bid that my confidence in them doing the work in a timely manner is pretty low. He was late, but he did call to let me know.

Our upstairs bathtub leaked water into our downstairs laundry room. Don arrived at our home in the evening and gave us a very reasonable estimate to replace cracked PVC pipes and put in a new bathtub drain and overflow device. We scheduled the repair on his calendar. On the day of the repair, Don telephoned us and kept us up-to-date about his arrival time, as he was working by himself on another service job. He had all of the pipes and new drain/overflow parts with him when he arrived. Within one hour he installed the new PVC pipes and drain kit. Don tested for any leaks several times, insuring that he was thoroughly satisfied that the pipes and drain were in perfect working order. Don left our laundry room and bathtub in clean condition. We believe he's a fair and honest individual and we will definitely call DDS Plumbing again for future needs. We highly recommend him.

Don and his crew have been one of the most capable and detail oriented contractors that I have ever worked with.They had our basement floor torn out, all new pipes, and re-concreted in four days. Unbelievably efficient and very high quality work. We are about to have him put in a new hot water heater and will continue to use him for any plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The job was delayed a few days due to a sick coworker, but I was notified well in advance, and was able to schedule a good alternate date. They arived with everything that they needed, and completed the work 1/2 hour quicker than what was estimated. Everything was cleaned up quickly.

Don arived on time. First thing after entering the home, he took his shoes off and went straight to the kitchen. After a little while, Don realized that he would need to purchase a new tool to complete the job. Although he was gone for a little while to retrieve the new tool, he informend me that he would not bill me for that time. After he returned, the job was completed quickly and cleanly. Don made sure to clean up any mess that was made and tested the repair several times. I was so impressed with his service, I had him return the next week to replace a section of main stack that was rusting through.

Don came in to check it out, as I thougth the leak was coming up from the pipe under the flooring. It was actually coming from the tank. After about 5 minutes of troubleshooting, Don fixed it with a pair of pliers. This is the ONLY plumber I willl be using in the future. All of the excellent reports on Angies List were dead on.

He fixed a leaking pipe near my water heater, he also fixed my toilet(it leaked near the wax seal under the toilet, and it also leaked in the seal between the tank and the bowl). He also fixed a leak in the faucet in my kitchen. He was very fast, thorough, and courteous. I am very happy with the work he did. I am recommending him to family and friends. Cost was very reasonable.

Tim arrived on time, worked quickly, disposed of parts and could not have given us a better job. They did waive the trip charge with the coupon on Angie's List.

Don came out on time and had the job done in less than 20 minutes. He was professional, he cleaned the sink area, and the sink worked perfectly. From talking to him, I discovered that this is truly a family run business. I would highly recommend DDS Plumbing and I won't hesitate to call him with any other plumbing issue.

We are remodeling our unfinished basement & adding a 3/4 bathroom. Unfortunately, the builders (Midland/Regency) didn't stub in any plumbing so Don & his employees jack-hammered out concrete and laid the pipes across the basement for a sink, toilet and shower. The original pipes under our house for sewage/drainage were installed wrong by the builder/plumber & Don fixed everything without charging extra even though it added an extra day or two of work. DDS also vented up through the 1st floor. Now everything is to code & perfect! We are thrilled. Don will return to install fixtures after we get the flooring installed. Don & his employees are always on time, clean & professional. Don supervised all the work & gave final approval on all work. He also called the city inspector to come out and pass the work & after everything passed, Don & his employees re-cemented the floor. We found Don on Angie's List & all the reports are true - he is the best!

I was first call on Don's list on a Friday but he called to tell me that he was having vehicle troubles. He told me what time he would be at my house and he would take a look at the problem to determine if he could fix it himself. Don came over and was very nice and he thought it was a leaky pipe from the toilet and they would take care of it. Because he was down a vehicle instead of being scheduled at 8:30am, they didn't get to me until 2pm! The other guy came and cut a nice big hole in the bathroom ceiling only to find out it wasn't the toilet above but a bad weld in our water line! He said it was an ?easy fix? and took care of it.

He originally came to look at our old leaky faucet. He tried putting new parts in to see if that would solve the problem and it did not. He called Delta to see if would replace the faucet and they would not. He suggested to purchase a new faucet. He was there about an hour or so, and only charged a trip fee of $30, which was very nice. He came back about a month later and installed the faucet. It took him about an hour. He did not charge a trip fee this time, again very nice. He was very professional, but also conversational too. He always took his shoes off prior to walking on the floor. Don is very respectful and runs his business well. He is highly recommended!

He was there on time, efficiently installed the kitchen faucet, and then cleaned out the two drains. No fuss - very professional and efficient.

Came out quickly when called. Diagnosed the problem right away and was able to fix both toilets quickly after the parts were available. One of the toilets had been fixed multiple times by other providers in the past with unsatisfactory results. It's nice to have the issue finally resolved after two years! He was also very friendly and nice to talk to.

Everything went very well. Arrived on time, performed quality work at the exact cost specified in advance. Everything was left clean and organized. I highly recommend DDS Plumbing.

Don was reliable - showed up when he said he would and send text messages or called to let me know he was on the way. While I wasn't happy that I had leaks I couldn't have been more impressed with him! Will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

He was very helpful and I'm awaiting an estimate for replacing my hot water heater in the future.

We love Don. He shows up when he says he will. He put in pex lines plus he did some additional plumbing for a washing machine. He came back to do some plumbing work after a new vanity went in. Don is definitely our plumber of choice.

DDS Plumbing was fantastic! I called them and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. They gave me a great rate. The work ended up costing half of what another company was going to charge. They were able to come back two days later to complete all of the work. I was extremely pleased with their services. I will definitely call them back in the future.

Don was very helpful on the phone. He was here when he said he would be, even on a Saturday. He had to go get a couple of parts, and was really prompt at coming back and working on the repair. He explained things to me in detail so I would not only know what he was doing but to learn also as I just bought the fixer upper home 2 years ago. He cleaned up all of the mess and took the old galvanized pieces with him. He was very polite and I will highly recommend him to everyone. I purchased my house through Neighborhood Finance, and I will be sure to let them know about the great job Don did.

This was a great experience. Don came out the same day that we called. He didn't replace our water heater...just fixed it. Fixed a leaky line. We were very pleased with the price. Will absolutely use him again.
