Initially the leak was difficult to find but Don and his son kept at it and they eventually found it and repaired it. I was very pleased with both their persistence and their final price, which was very reasonable.

I called DDS for a clog drain and they did clear the drain and they informed me the problem was a cracked pipe under the concrete slab in the basement. I asked for an estimate for the repair and installing the drains, and water lines for a basement bathroom. I also ask for a recommendation for a carpenter to do the bathroom. Within 2 business days I had a quote and the name of a good carpenter. I gave my approval about a week later and within 3 weeks I had my bathroom. Don and his son did an excellent job. They came in on time and on budget. They were very professional and work around our schedule. They also made great recommendations for fixtures to use. These guys were AWESOME!! .

They are very professional. They get in and out and do a good job. They are very good but a little pricey. They did excellent work. They were very good. I would use them in the future.

The project went very well. We were kept informed of arrival times. The work was completed within 2 hours. On the day of the work, we asked if he would be able to replace the shut offs on three lines, as an additional request. It was not problem, and everything was completed efficiently and skillfully. I called DDS Plumbing in the morning and they were here in the afternoon to fix the problem. They fixed the problem in 30 minutes. They fixed everything and I was impressed with their attention to detail. I am very particular and they met all my expectations. DDS Plumbing is a family owned and operated business (father and son) that embodies the spirit what a small business should be all about....honesty, integrity, fair price, good service, etc. America would be a much better place if all businesses held these same values. I never would have found this business without the help of Angies List...so I am very grateful to Angies List! I will have DDS Plumbing do all my future pluming needs and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I, obviously, could not be more pleased. When I do really need a new water heater I know who I will call. Their work on the miscellaneous plumbing needs was top notch. They were very prompt and were able to come shortly after I called. This is the 2nd time I've used them and could not be more pleased.

Replacement of fixtures and all associated sink plumbing, while tying in to original iron piping within the bathroom wall was a difficult project, achieved with optimum results and responsible cleanup; we were and remain VERY satisfied with the results, now "time-tested."

Excellent, prompt, curteous and quick. Only complaint, although minor, they never responded to the e-mail I sent them from their link on Angieslist. Had to call a couple of days later to set appointment. Otherwise very good.

I was very pleased with the service, however the listing here shows this company takes all credit cards and was a factor in my decision to contact them. But when it came time for the bill, he said they don't take credit cards. He said they had asked Angie's list to remove the information that they take credit cards, but apparenlty that hasn't been done, and I see it still hasn't been removed a month later. So, very pleased with the service, and thank goodness it was only $250 and I was able to write a check (but was not planning on that immedicate expense out of my checking account). But I don't know who is at fault for not removing that from their listing.

I emailed Don to set up an appointment. I described the problem in my email and even attached a couple photos of the inside of the toilet tanks. Don was able to diagnose the problem from my photos and we set an appointment. Don arrived promptly and was very conscientious about the work and my home. He discovered an additional problem on one of the toilets and ran to the local hardware store to get a part he needed. He was very nice -- explaining to me the work that needed to be done and helping me weigh options. He even checked out the other toilets in the house -- to make sure they weren't going to have the same troubles. I'd recommend Don very highly -- he was great.

the granite installers were supposed to arrive before the plumber, so the backsplashes could be in place. Luckily the drains could be put in while waiting. We discovered after the backsplash was installed that I would not be able to use my drain pulls cause it was too close to the faucet. We did figure out that my faucets could be installed backwards to solve the problem, which took some extra time as we still wanted the hot water on the correct side. I was very happy and plan on rehiring for my whirlpool faucet replacement (changing all from brass to oil-rubber bronze) and other additional bathrooms once granite is installed.

I appreciated Don's honesty and punctuality. Everything was completed as and when he said it would be. Excellent job! I would hire Don again and recommend him highly to others.

Overall, my experience with DDS was a good one....they completed cleared my clogged kitchen drain...it ended up being tree roots....they were so far out in the line that i would have never been able to get it done myself. They also put a new exterior faucet on the outside. The work was done in a timely fashion and he was very thorough. My only issue was the fact that they did not show up on time, but that is the risk you take with a late afternoon appointment.

The sump pump installed when the house was built nine years ago was making a funny noise Monday morning after a night in which the city got 2.5 inches of rain, and for years I'd wanted to get a backup sump pump installed, so it seemed time to call a plumber. I called Cook Plumbing and left a message, but they never returned my call, so I checked the reviews on Angie's List for a good plumber. DDS Plumbing seemed to come highly recommended, so I called them to schedule a time to check the sump pump and install a backup. I was originally scheduled for Tuesday between 1-2 p.m. I waited until 2:30, but had to get back to work, so we rescheduled and the company offered 10% off the job due to the scheduling glitch. I really think the scheduling glitch was unusual for them. Plumber arrived today a little early, which was great! He checked my sump pump, which, of course, was no longer making the funny noise and in fact seemed to be working fine. There was a lot of pea gravel in the pit, so the plumber thought perhaps the funny noise that I heard Monday may have been caused by a loose piece of gravel. He determined that my sump pump was working fine, then ran out to pick up the Zoeller backup sump pump system, and returned to install it. Between the trip to pick up the system and the installation time, it took all morning, but he only charged me for two hours of service time. The 10% off was very helpful, because I had really underestimated the cost of putting in a good sump pump backup system. He was helpful and professional and cleaned out the pea gravel that had collected in the bottom of the sump pump pit. I will definitely call DDS Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.

Very prompt and friendly service. All work was completed in one hour. Plumber was very knowledgable about what to do to fix problems. The spray faucest turned out to be just a loose nut. He also gave me advice about future upgrades I was thinking of doing in the bathroom. The trip charge is very low - the lowest I've paid for any work done in my home. I would definitley use this service again.

new outside faucet works perfectly with no leaks.

I had a rough time getting together with them, because they are a small shop. Once we got everything nailed down and they showed up, I was very pleased with the guy doing the work and the work itself. I took him a little longer than he expected but that was the only downfall. I will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Plumber arrived at the appointed time and diagnosed a failed faucet. He had us purchase what we wanted. He returned and installed the faucet. Again we had an appointed time and he was there on time. He waved the second trip charge. Very likable guy.

Excellent. He came in, found the ceiling access for one faucet and cut access to the other. Took them out, bought replacements and put them in. Came at 1pm and was out by 3:45. He took extra effort to have me see what was damaged. He bid one hour of labor but had to take more time to chisel a big enough hole for the replacement faucet. Final charge was for 1 1/2 hours. I was happy with his work.

Everything turned out good and wonderful. He is prompt. He does great work. He’s inexpensive. His price was fine. Anybody else would have charged a lot more. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

Don was very responsive, quick to schedule the work and very flexible with our work schedules. He was careful to place the new line between the floor joyces so to allow for future basement finishing. I was unable to be there while he was performing the work and he was very understanding and flexible. I trusted him to perform the work unattended. He pointed out a safety concern that we may want to think about having updated. This was something I would not have otherwise known about. I appreciated the suggestion. The line was installed and looks great.
