Overall my experience with Clean-It has been wonderful. The service is always professional and my home is always spotless when they are finished. I'm always amazed at how much they can get done in the two hours they are there, far more than I could get done in the same amount of time.

The workers were punctual and time efficient. Each job was completed with skill and knowledge. I am confident that when I use their various services that I will be satisfied.

OMG!! I LOVE Clean It!! They had a groupon a few years back which I purchased. My experience was so wonderful that we have continued with them into our third year now. They are dependable, thorough, kind, accommodating, and I am never insecure having them work in my home. In fact, it was the best gift I have given myself, and I wanted my friends to know how nice it feels to come home to a clean home, so I purchased additional gifts for them and have gotten 5 other satisfied clients with this company. Doug was outstanding when he set up my service and when ever I have had any questions. Amy has been great on every phone conversation we have had as well. My friends like their cleaning as much as I do. I am so glad to be able to commend this company for such a great job!

They arrived late, but once they arrived they were good. They were nice and respectful of my property.

As an overall surface cleaning in a house that is pet free and not lived in all the time I believe this company is perfect. We however, homeschool, I work from home and we are here a lot. We also have many pets. I am looking for a housekeeper who is able to adjust from week to week to some extent. Although the women from this company tried, I did find a language barrier that kept me from getting what I needed. I tried to get across that we would pay more each time and that I needed to know what they can get done and what was unrealistic but received no feedback. Certain tasks were simply left undone. Now...I did not call the main office every week...I tried to work it out with the workers. It is possible things may have been better if I had called the office...I just figure people clean the way they clean and if it isn't the way I want it done no amount of griping is gonna help.I was also often disappointed by streaky floors, cleaner left all over my stove on 2 occasions, cleaner left on the fixtures in my bathrooms, ...that sort of thing. I used to clean for others so I know what is possible. So...if your home is easy and the tasks you need done are consistent from week to week, then this company would be just fine for you. They did not work out so well for me but then our needs are quite different from others and I do expect my home to be thoroughly clean when I come home
