Description of Work: Petersen Plumbing is excellent. Told me my pipe was broke. Took them about half hour to get here and fix it. The guys that came were nice, gentlemanly, caring, decent, really listened to me and did the job. It was a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Petersen's plumber was very help, and professional, explained some of the problems that were in the older plumbing and installed the new drain system for the work on the bath room being done for Concept Bath Systems, Inc.in our home that was built in the late 1800s. | |Part of the plumbing was in the Concept Bath System Inc. contract. |Some of the additional work was extra and was quoted to be around $600-$700, We haven't received a bill for is additional as of 6/6/2015. | |We have used Petersen Plumbing in the past an we would highly recommend them for our friends and family.

Description of Work: The woman that took my call was absolutely NO help. I needed a water heater replaced, it had broke and leaked all over my basement. I told the woman on the phone I didn't know the capacity of the water heater because all the stickers had been removed by the previous owner but that I had a tape measure. She told me there is no way for her to send someone without knowing the capacity and that even if I knew it, the earliest it would be is 4 days. I called another plumber, the woman said she had no problem helping me figure the capacity, and as soon as I said the water heater was short, she knew it was 40 gallons. She had it figured out in 2 minutes and they had my new water heater installed 5 hours later.
