Every time I’ve used Petersen’s, they’ve been very friendly and did a great job. Today, was no different. After Hunter did what needed to be done for my drain, he helped me with something else. My side door wasn’t shutting properly. He made sure it did before he left. I wasn’t expecting that, and I’m so thankful he helped me out. I appreciate it so much. Call these guys. You won’t regret it.

Had a toilet installed and the toilet immediately broke. The tech used their own hardware to attach the toilet to the floor (Bolts, nuts) which is coincidentally where the toilet broke. It was like trying to get a child to take accountability for the damage in that they shut down and sat on the phone in an awkward silence. Carter did tell me that because I didn't purchase the toilet from them, that they aren't responsible for the damage caused by their actions even though they added hardware which manipulated what should have been done during install. I would like to thank the Petersen damage control specialist, Carter, for his smug attitude and condescending customer service skills. Carter did not inquire AT ALL about my well being though I was injured by the company's poor quality work. I also appreciate the quick follow up of 3 days after the initial phone call to report the damage. At the end of the call, after Carter had basically told me to go f*** myself and stopped speaking, I told him I don't think I should have to pay for them to come over, break my toilet, cause an injury, tear up my floor around my toilet. Carter said he would send a check for a refund since I paid for services on the spot. At the end of the day, no accountability but I'm glad that I am able to contact the BBB and post comments about this incident. Technology is great and people should know who they are hiring to come into their home to damage their property. I will take responsibility for not reading the recent reviews or looking into their BBB rating.

This wasn't an emergency since both sinks would drain after a few minutes. Company answered on the first call, provided rates, and were able to have someone out the next day. Tech showed up on time, was courteous, and finished both drains in about an hour. Sinks drain great now. Would recommend. Petersen will be my first call for plumbing needs.

Just want to commend Melissa on the phone, and especially Tanner who came and did an excellent job in getting my sewer line cleared. The price was decent as well.

Professional and fast, but a little pricey

I can't say enough good about this company! In the midst of a bad bathroom remodel, they are the only good at this point! They are professional but are so down to earth they could be a friend. They charge a fair price for excellant work. They are on time and clean up after they are done. I will only use them for our plumbing needs!

The service was excellent. It was good for price, it was good for everything. Three different people came out at different times. The work was completed in a very timely manner. The service was perfect. They were very polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a perfect job. We have had no problems with it. It was perfect! This was the second time I used them.

We thought everything was fine from the property inspection so we had minimal repairs that we had seller's fix. We moved into the house and the toilet in the basement was backed up to the rim, the toilet wasn't on correctly, and it was also leaking. These issues were never reported on the home inspection so we did not know these needed repaired. The company should be at fault for this as we hired "professionals" to come and inspect the home. I am a Loan Officer and will make it a point to never refer my clients to this company.

My dryer had a burning smell. Called Petersen on Monday, and Steve came to look at it on Wednesday. He found nothing specific wrong, just some lint on the burner. He cleaned it and it's working fine now. He also cleaned out the trap on my washer. Great service, prompt, on time, very informative and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend them!

Dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes in new home, so we called Petersen to look at it. Tech was absolutely fantastic. Looked it over,ran it, reviewed the major systems, then figured out that we actually have a lime problem. Our home does not have a water softener. He shared his experience on options we could do. Was a wealth of information, and we will definitely be calling Petersen for all future needs.

I am very unhappy with them. They are very expensive and I don’t think that their job is so so, but they are very expensive. As far as I could I will not using them. If I can find somebody else I will definitely not using them again. They do come in on time when you call them and you book appointment. They are professional. Their pricing is terrible. They charged me almost $400 for hot water heater. They could have told me it is going to be that much and that is not professional. They charge you for the part price that you purchase and there is nobody in town can fix this. They have got reasonable rating. I looked at it and I have got a lot of work done with them.

First off, I had called two other plumbing companies before calling Petersen Plumbing, the first came and looked at what I wanted and was going to go cut some pipe and come back. They never did and never called me.. The other company was suppose to call me back and set up a date to do the job, they never called back. When I called Petersen Plumbing, the girl who answered the phone was friendly and courteous and took my information and set up the appointment. I had told her my experience with the other companies and she said they would be there when scheduled. She was correct thankfully. The service man was friendly and professional. He listened to what I wanted and then asked my preference on how I wanted it done. He offered his recommendation on the best way to do the job, I found this to be helpful. He did have to go get parts to complete the job. Once he returned the work went quickly. After he was done he cleaned up and put his tools away and checked to see if the work was OK. I am happy with the work they did and glad I finally got a plumber here. If you want a plumber who shows up when promised, then Petersen Plumbing are the people to call.

It started out well with the inspector making it on time and we went through each apartment and the basement. He identified a couple issues that were not noticed before and there were a few clogged drains. He said that he would get the bid to me within a few days. 5 days later (a Tuesday) I received the bill for the inspection, but there was no cost estimate sheet to go with the bill. I sent an email that night asking about the bid and did not get any answer back. I called a couple days later (a Thursday) and was told that someone would get back with me about the estimates. Friday morning comes around and I am told the soonest that they would be able to get an estimate to me is on June 25th, 13 days after the guy had been by the property. I asked why it takes so long and they said they only do estimates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There has been 0 effort on their part to get a hold of me or to get me the estimate, but to just bill me. I do not recommend them and will never use them for any of my properties again.

On a scale of one to Mario, their plumbing skillz were a Luigi.

Slow service because of all the ice problems in area but they solved the problem and certainly have experience and capabilities.
