Description of Work: Diagnosed root cause of dishwasher problem.

Description of Work: Install new toilet and sink. Patch concrete floor for new shower and provide and install new shower drain. Trim out shower after tile work. Replace all turn-off valves for sinks and toilets.

Description of Work: They had to install a new pipe and spicket attachment. We must not have taken off the hose before the first freeze, so pipe cracked which resulted in water in the basement when we turned on the hose this summer. It went fine. The repairman was very nice, friendly. I don't know the going rates but it seemed a bit expensive - but they did tell me of the fees in advance on phone when I set up appointment. I chose them because they were rated so highly on Angie's list.

Description of Work: They tried to eliminate a squeak and a drip in an outside faucet. They solved the drip but the squeak is still there. They charged us for TWO service calls because they didn't have the part with them.

Description of Work: Cleaned and videoed sewer line. Could not finish. Said there was a hole in sewer line. Also said could not get past roots. Very expensive for services performed. Asked for estimate to repair sewer line. Was told estimator would get back to me in a couple of days. No one did. Called back twice. No one has gotten back to me and it has now been two weeks. Going to use some one who actually wants my business. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Ever!

Description of Work: Had a water heater replaced. The water heater was still under warranty, therefore only had to pay for labor. All work was done in a timely manner and there was no mess. We have an older home with galvanized pipes. After the water heater was replaced and the water turned back on we had very little water pressure throughout the house. Petersen Plumbing did some rescheduling so a plumber could repair the problem the same day. We were very pleased with the work performed and the out come.
