Primarily weed elimination and protection against future weeds. They are punctual, and I've witnessed some positive results.

Because they provide excellent services, I have used them for as long as I can remember.

5 fertilizations throughout the year; aeration once

Sprayed for Japanese beetles - the same day I called them.

Looked as if aeration had only one pass over. Would have preferred two pass overs, however I did not notice in time.

Last winter, and for several previous years) I signed up for an individualized yard treatment plan for 4 fertilizer and weed control applications throughout the year. Their recommended frequency is 6 services, but I called them to discuss doing less to save money, and they advised me on selecting the 4 services that would give me the best protection for the amount of money I wanted to spend. Other services are available for specific problems and pests, but I have never needed them. There is a discount for preselecting and prepaying services. I had requested that they call me the day before each treatment; they were faithful about doing that, if I wasn't home there was a message on my machine the day before every treatment, and documentation of what was done was left at my door after they were done. They were prompt and professional and my lawn was one of the few in my neighborhood that didn't have a carpet of dandelions!

Very professional. Lawn applications were effective, although servicemen missed a few small areas with the weed control. Company allows online payment, which is a nice convenience. I will be using Quality Care next year.

I prepay for the service as I have used them for years. They always leave a receipt with wind direction, service provided, temp etc. they might be expensive if not prepaid

Quality Care is great. everyone I've spoken to on the phone is pleasant and professional. The weeds in my yard are finally under control, and their prices are competitive. This is the first year I've used them, and my lawn was a mess before hand, but it's shaping up to be a whole new yard by next summer.

Everything went well. They leave a note on the door detailing what they did that day.

They killed a bunch of trees but offered to fix them. They are all right. They were fair. I ask them to kill some random patches of grass that was not normal and they never did that. If they screw up though they will take care of it. They are expensive.

Repeat customer. Employees are always courteous and professional. Leave detailed notes on service provided and advice if they see something that needs to be addressed. Thoughtful letters give useful insight into challenges of the season.

This is a very good company. The cost varies depending on how many applications I have, I think it’s about $40/visit, with a discount for prepayment. They call a day or two ahead of time to let me know they are coming. For my last application I had not raked yet, so they cleared the leaves off my lawn and piled them off to one side for me.
