The gentleman was polite on the phone and came to the house and left an estimate. We scheduled an appointment and they came over and did the job. I never met anyone; they are able to see what needs to be done and then do the job without anyone present. They used the mudjacking procedure to lift our driveway; there used to be a bump when you'd enter the garage, but it's no longer there and they also lifted the concrete walk from the driveway to the stairs and put some of their compound under the concrete steps, which were falling. I was pleased with the work and the whole process of setting it up and getting it done.

I called Pingel Mudjacking about a week before the work was scheduled. Mike was very professional and set a time for the estimate and then the job. The crew came on time and did a very good job, very cleanly and quickly. I felt the cost was extremely reasonable since they had to raise the whole walkway, not just the one slab that was elevated. I had previously received another estimate that was two hundred dollars more, so I knew that Mike's price was good. I was worried that it was another situation where "you get what you pay for". But it wasn't. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

As it turned out it wasn't something they were able to help me with at least at this point. It takes some structural repair first and then they would be able to do it. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They offered pointers on what needed to be done before they could provide their service. They offered some suggestions on corrective measures here and there. It was short but I was happy they came out. They were here in just a couple of hours. I would consider using them.

I found this company on Angie's List and called for an estimate. Mike emailed an estimate to me within a couple of days and I called to schedule the job. The work was performed within a week which was very important to me as I was listing my house. The crew arrived on time and Mike explained everything to me prior to beginning the work. He indicated areas that might not jack up properly and got my permission before attempting to work on those areas. The work was done and all areas that were mudjacked look great! Mike's final bill exactly matched the estimate. He also gave me some hints on how to reroute water on the downspouts to prevent future issues. I will definitely use this company again.

Mike came in took a look at the project and told me what needed to be done. He set a time to do the work and when he came to do the work I was on a teleconference and did not know he was here. They completed the job as promised without interrupting my work. I did not even know he was here until I went to get the mail and for the first time in many months my concrete was level. I was very pleased with the job. Since I did not see Mike I called to arrange the payment he did not pick up. When I contacted Mike he reduced the price of the job by a third, because he was not pleased with the results, which actually exceeded my expectations for the job. He proved to be prompt, dependable and reliable, with a pride in his work. He followed up after the job and payment to insure my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Pingel's Mudjacking, great price, great work.
