Actually Clean Carpets

Description of Work: The gentleman who cleaned our carpet were very kind and professional. |However after the carpet was cleaned they poured the cleaning solution onto our grass. Leaving two large spots that killed the grass within hours. We called the company who stated their solution is green and will help the grass grow. |We had our lawn service come out. They stated it was definitely from the cleaning solution. We had to remove a large 5x5 foot section and have replaced with sod. |We called the carpet service a few times before they asked for a copy of the lawn services repair estimate. The said the owner wanted to make things right. |We have yet to hear back from anyone. |We consider this very unprofessional along with poor customer service. |

Description of Work: They never responded in any way. I guess they did not need new customers

Description of Work: I have a puppy that is difficult to house train. There was an area she uses under the dining room table that I couldn't get at. Takes a little longer to dry than some other methods, but the results are excellent

Description of Work: clean carpet but he use a floor cleaner and not steam and it left a smell in the carpet and a residue which in turn cause the carpeting to get dirty and I had to have another person come clean the carpeting again.

Description of Work: This is a carpet cleaning company I often recommend for cleaning clients carpets before putting their homes on the market. Have always found them to do an excellent job for the money.

Description of Work: They cleaned my living room, dining room and hallway. I have pets, so they pre-treated for stains, which added to the cost. I think they did a good job, and I could tell a marked difference when they finished. They put Styrofoam blocks under the furniture. They were one hour late. The tech said they had had an 'add on.' This is the second time I've used their services. |

Description of Work: They are great with regular carpet and upholstery cleaning but also do wonderful water issue cleanup too.
