Actually Clean Carpets

It was horrible. Actually Clean "misplaced" all of our electronics, stole my kids' piggy banks, my jewlery, took advantage of our insurance company and did a horrendous job of rebuilding our home. They left screws and nails all over our yard (we have kids and animals) and fought us the whole way through to correct their mistakes or poor job. DO NOT USE ACTUALLY CLEAN!

This company is excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone I know. This was my first time using this company and I'm so glad I did! The crew was very courteous and professional. The carpet looks great! I did experience what another reviewer referred to as brown out. The guys I spoke with said it's basically oxidation and it happens sometimes when the carpet dries too slowly, so be sure to put your AC/heat to the recommended temp and extra fans if you've got them. When they came to take care of the brown out I was very pleased to know that they fix that for free. It's a very quick fix, they just re-clean the affected area. But if you've got a die stain that's an entirely different type of spot and would need specialized treatment so it's not part of the normal cleaning cost. My final price would have been higher if I had chosen to have the rooms treated with scotchguard but we decided to pass on it this time, there was no pressure from them to upgrade it which I appreciated. The crew guys we're very nice on the second time too. Don't hesitate to use this company. They are professional, they are priced very well and they work hard to clean your carpets as best as they can.

The cleaning was supposed to be done after we moved out, so we don't know if it was done well or at all. We were coerced into using this company by the apartment complex where we stayed during the summer of 2016. The carpets and the apartment were immaculate when we moved out, but we had to pay this company anyway. There were a lot less expensive options available, but we had to use this company. Almost certainly a kick-back situation with the complex. We left a check for exactly what we were told by the apartment complex. A few days later we got a terse phone call from the company telling us we didn't pay sales tax!!! We told them we paid what we were told, and that nobody mentioned sales tax. They reluctantly ate this $6 sales tax charge.

I was very pleased with the service and results. The guys were there early and got it done quickly. We are amazed at how good it looks. The cleaners were courteous and respectful us and our home. The price was reasonable considering the work needed.

The first time I called the person who answered the phone only said hello, so I had to ask if I had the right company. He scheduled me an appointment right away and quoted me a price of $125 as an estimate. I had to ask for details, like if I had to move furniture and how long would it take. He offered no details unless I asked a specific question. I had to call a few days later and change the date, and they were very accommodating. Plus the second time I called they actually answered with the company name. The second call was a lot better then the first. Gave a few more details. They were late showing up but they called and stated they would be an hour late. The 2 men who came were great. We moved about 95% of the furniture out of the rooms they were cleaning. It took them a little over 2 hours to clean (very dirty carpets that were 18 years old and had never been cleaned). After they were done our carpets looked amazing. They looked brand new. We were so impressed. Before they cleaned them we actually thought we would need to buy new carpet. Now they looked brand new again. The guys told us it would take 4-6 hours to dry. They did such a great job, and it took lots of water, it actually took 2 days to dry. We put half the furniture back, but on plastic. They also put a treatment down to keep them from getting dirty again, that is why the price was higher than the original quote. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. I would recommend you get a morning appointment. Ours wasn't until 5:00pm. They did move the furniture we left on the carpet and even put plastic under it, so you don't necessarily need to move all the furniture out.

They came in moved all the furniture asked me if there was any pet stains and I said no. Then got all there stuff ready to start shampooing went to town and were done in about three hours.

Pricing quoted was accurate. I had sent an email requesting some info on carpet cleaning and within 5 minutes, I got a call from Fran. I had some questions on my condo unit and what the pricing would look like with my space. The quote they provided me was spot on! We had all our carpets cleaned and also our couch cleaned. My husband was home for the appt and said the cleaners were about a hour late but they had called right at our appt time and told him they would be late because the previous appt was running over. They got to work right away and were done within 2 hours. Hadn't had our carpet cleaned since I bought the place almost 5 years ago. They got out all the stains and the carpet was almost entirely dry when I got home from work. Aside from being late, it was a very pleasant experience.

This is the second time I have used Actually Clean. My carpets look great, scheduling was a breeze, and the guys were awesome! Very professional and conscientious. I highly recommend this company.

One of the rooms was so dirty I thought I might have to replace the carpeting, but they they got it close to new looking. I was very impressed. They worked quickly and did a beautiful job.

We have used Actually Clean a number of times and have never been disappointed. They are punctual and professional (even called to see if they could come earlier than planned!) We had water stains, pet stains, paint stains . . . in various areas throughout our house. All were cleaned well and look GREAT! There were a few spots that did not come entirely clean with regular cleaning technique and they offered a more in depth spot removal and explained the procedure and the cost involved. We chose to do some of the spots and not others - the ones that we did choose to remove were taken care of nicely - the others were not particularly noticeable and generally under furniture anyway! Even without the extra spot removal, all areas were much lighter and cleaner. Would definitely call again.

I have had several people come out to do carpets before we went to wood. These guys were able to get the spots out and the spots did not come back. They do really good work. I was very pleased. They had two guys come out and they did the job fairly quickly.

Gave me an estimate over the phone, arrived on time. Carpets were in great need of cleaning, was amazed at how well they looked when they finished cleaning. Very professional and reasonable. Would recommend them highly!

Technicians arrived as scheduled and called 30 minutes before arrival. Did a great job on carpet cleaning including spot stain removal. I also had them clean an upholstered couch and it looks brand new.

This company cleaned my whitish Berber carpet and did not do a good job. As the carpet dried, it developed yellow/brown spots everywhere. When I called them, they blamed me and said I needed to place fans everywhere to dry the carpet faster. They called the stains and quot;brown-outand quot;. They came out again and spot cleaned those areas, but weren't very nice about it. The same thing happened again. I finally called another company. The stains were removed and the carpet looked like new again! I would never call Actually Clean again.

The day after the cleaning several large streaks appeared in the carpeting. They immediately returned and removed the streaks.

They did a thorough job of cleaning the carpets. They arrived on time, and were very professional. I was very pleased.

Do not use these people. After my house fire they were referred to by my insurance company. When they came in they under bid and over worked the job. As the bid got closer and closer to maxing out corners began to be cut. On top of that, the owner of the company Jason, attempted to force us to sign a contract stating the work was complete. It was and still is nowhere near. They broke our water pipes on top of that and we are left with a $904.00 bill plus still no water! Not to mention no heat or air conditioning!! Our cabinets stink of smoke and when you wipe your finger on most things in the home soot will appear. We have now had no choice but to hire a lawyer. In the meantime my family is unable to return to the home so we now have the burden of rent and home payments. They even went so far as to not mix the paint and there are three toned walls throughout the home and were so careless as to forget to place doors back on rooms or make sure the doors they did install even fit into the frame! DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
