We use Dalton PHC for all of our heating/cooling, plumbing and gas fireplace sales and service. They are professional, fair and responsive. We have complete trust in all of the Dalton PHC technicians and really appreciate Dalton PHC's care of its loyal customers.

He didn't rush through anything and was patient enough to explain what was done and what needed to be done, and go through the possible options. He also took the time to check to make sure everything was in working order, and offer possible suggestions. He came recommended from a friend, and we can see why! We'll definitely be asking for Brad for the next visit as well!

We replaced the old, 40 gallon, gas hot water heater with a new, AO Smith water heater. It's a commercial grade - probably spent more money than I needed for my townhouse, but the quality is second to none. The work was well done - very professional.

A very thorough job. AC compressor towers had their outer panels removed and flushed clean inside and out.

Thermostat and leak were replaced same day. A part was needed for a part that regulates the boiler. The part was ordered and follow-up service completed within a week. Scott also identified some additional services available that could be provided relating to maintaining other heating and electrical devices. This is not the first time Scott has provided service. I have a boiler that heats my home and whenever there has been an issue, Scott has always been the person providing the service. I trust that the work he provides is needed, applicable, timely and well done. I also trust him and that if needed, I would leave him alone in my home. In addition, he loves dogs and always spends a bit of time with them.

Unfortunately, we needed to replace the entire furnace/AC unit. Dalton is our preferred company and did all the coordination with the city for permits. Cole and Steven arrived on time and got the job done in a shorter time than expected. They did a great job of not only professional installation but left the house in the same condition except with a working A/C unit.

Brad, the service technician, said that this dehumidifier would really pull the moisture out of my basement. The machine preforms as promised.
