Honestly, I really wish I could give a better review. Most of the people we have worked with at Dalton have been very polite and they always come out to work on our systems. They installed our grandmothers system so we decided to go with them as well. Unfortunately we paid for a new heat pump system (A/C/Furnace Combo) and since it's been installed they've had to come out 5 or 6 times now. the first four times were because settings were improperly configured on the circuit board of the furnace unit. Each time they came out they had different techs with them saying different things. First the furnace wasn't adequately cooling the house and the noise coming from it was really obnoxious. So we had issues with cooling, now we go to test the furnace to make sure we have heat for the cold nights that are coming and we have no heat. The breaker outside had to be replaced, the unit won't pull gas. It's just been a mess. One of the technicians straight up gaslit us insisting that the sound our furnace was making was "normal as far as I can tell" and tried refusing to come service it, saying he wanted to get a factory representative, but then when he showed up he agreed it was too loud, did a little research and fixed the problem (without the factory rep). Like come on guys. We spent like almost 15 grand with you and this is how we get treated? We just want our stuff to work. Customer service is not what this review is based on, we have a 15 thousand dollar piece of metal that doesn't function properly and, unfortunately, that is a bigger deal to me than a rude technician. It has been months since this was installed, it needs to be remedied I'm getting sick of this. Update: they replaced the furnace completely. As of tonight it is still not functioning as advertised. Don’t buy a heat pump system here, it’s not worth the trouble. I also really like how the owner responds to all these nice reviews but hasn't had anything to say about the horrible experience we've had. Real cool.

Repair was quick and expensive. Charge was exorbitant for the time and effort. Charge was $600 for a $50 part and 10 minutes of labor. Go figure.

Tyler c did a great job put in a new fan fixed one and switched one out and was really nice and was done pretty quick for all he got done . Was on time and cleaned up after great service!

My old house, with vintage pipes threw Ryan a few challenges which he handled with professionalism and humor. I hate having strangers in my house working on things but Ryan was super nice and put me at ease. Definitely recommend.

Josh did a good job of coming up and talking to me and cleaning things

Josh and CJ showed up exactly at 2:00 pm, appt was scheduled for 2:00 pm. showed them where the furnace was, they went thru the check list, the tune up took about an hour. we talked about replacing the filter and the AA batteries in the thermostat. very professional, they answered all of my questions. I feel very confident that my furnace will perform without problems this Winter.

Brad found a condenser which had failed. Finding and making the prompt repair without a special call into Dalton's for a possible after hours service call saved substantial time and money! Thank You Brad! Rich

Josh arrived on time and thoroughly inspected HVAC system both internally and externally. I had noticed that my upper level was not as cool as the main floor (I have a four-level home). He found a filter that I was unaware of and removed it, explaining that since replacing the air conditioner, I no longer needed it. Not having known of its existence, I had never changed it and it was very dirty. I noticed a difference immediately in the temperature being regulated and the system running less. He also gave pointers on how I should keep the fan on year round and to not cover the portion outside. He was very professional, very personable and very knowledgeable.

GREAT!! Scott from Dalton's is a true professional who knows his trade and how to keep our equipment in great running order. I trust Scott and would not call anyone else for service to my heating and cooling. I take great piece of mind by being on the Service Contract with Dalton's for heating and cooling needs. They check out my system 2 times per year and make sure that everything is in working order. I never feel pressured to buy anything and always have the final say if they recommend a piece or part. I believe the annual maintenance is great and would not go back to waiting till something breaks down. Remember, it never breaks down on a good day, only when you need A/C or Heating in the dead of Winter. Scott and Dalton's are excellent for service!!

Andy is very knowledgeable about our Geo Heating and Cooling System. Our system was installed by a different contractor when our house was built. Andy came up with a good and low cost solution to our problem!

Justin did an excellent job servicing our AC unit. The outside unit looked like new when he was done because he had done such a nice job cleaning it. He explained clearly what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was very personable, professional, and competent. I look forward to having him back in the future.

Great! Josh was friendly and went over what it would take to do this, and then move it back when the contractor is finished. I received an estimate and agreed to the price. He also replaced one of the outside faucets that was leaking.
