+ -1 moreI belong to their annual service membership. This was the annual furnace inspection. The furnace is brand new so there were no issues with that. He did a thorough check and cleaned the dryer exhaust port as well which was getting clogged with lint. The service membership is well worth the price.

+ -1 moreHe, surprisingly, came early and got right to work with this standard Fall furnace check and filter change. Surprisingly, he found that the sump pump had stopped and he got it up and running after unplugging it, opening it up to release the suction it had built up and re-plugging it. Once again I’m very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Dalton’s and their employees.
Description of Work: Furnace check and fall filter replacement. He also restarted my sump pump which had stopped.

The work was well done. Joe and his assistant were professional and added an additional location without an extra cost. All questions were answered. I would recommend Joe and Dalton’s. Great job!

The placement was compounded by a very hot day. Steve was very professional, had great customer service, arrived on time and kept me informed. He really went above and beyond to make sure my unit was in the best shape possible and didn't try to sell me a new one just because mine was old. Only one part needed cleaning/servicing beyond the normal maintenance that he had to charge extra for. It was a bit costly, but he had to hassle to get to the part and take it out to clean it.
