I highly recommend Joe Boyle @ Dalton PHC, He quickly diagnosed and repaired my electrical issues. He answered all my questions. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. What more could I ask?

Justin was very helpful and eager to assure our satisfaction. Also volunteered to consult with another technician re: an electrical problem beyond his area of training and expertise. I am fully satisfied with the service this morning.

I was able to get help the same day that I called Dalton's Plumbing and Heating. William was the technician and actually had to come twice. The first time he found the problem and was able to control the zone with the leak. A part needed to be ordered and was in within a few days. William returned on March 21st and replaced the leaking part and had control again of the heat in all areas of my home. He was professional, knew his job and was very personable. I would recommend him and Dalton's to anyone.

Josh O'Connor from Dalton's was on time, courteous, friendly and informative. He helped my husband and I choose the right option for our needs and replaced our water heater quickly without any mess. I highly recommend his work!

Jake was so nice. It seemed like I had lots of questions about various plumbing issues in my home. He took the time to answer them all and did not make me feel that the questions were dumb. He fixed the ball **** in the toilet. I would use Dalton again.

Ryan was a real professional and went right to work to correct the problem. He laid some temporary hose and would be back in better weather to hook back up to the buried piping. He noticed that we had some hose in the basement and was able to use that thereby reducing our cost of the repair. I am not physically capable of doing the repair myself and Ryan was just what I needed. This is a great trend with all the service I have had from Dalton's.

Tanner looked over all of our plumbing and made sure that we had everything as it should be. It was a relief to know that our water heater is still functioning properly!! He gave us tips on what we should be looking for. All in all, it was a very well done .

Had work done to replace water softener and get plumbing up to code. When I returned home after the job was completed, salt water from the old unit was spilled everywhere throughout my newly renovated basement, including carpet that is less than 1 month old. This required me to purchase a carpet shampooer to clean the spot and remove as much of the salt as possible from the carpet. The rest of the basement still needs to be scrubbed and cleaned of the dried salt water. I have had Dalton do everything plumbing and heating related in my house and will likely not have them come back after the mess they left. Completely unacceptable when paying top dollar to have a job completed.

Jake was incredible. Not only did he walk me through the entire process, he engaged with my kids who were home on a snow day. Really appreciated the additional insight he gave and we were happy with the results. Thanks, Jake!!

Josh Kneeland did a very good job checking the furnace and even replaced the water line & water-filter for the humidifier that is connected to the furnace for me.

We had excellent service and They came right away when our furnace went out in the coldest day. We would call them again for sure.

It went very well. The problem was found and required a new thermostat. Fixed it and all is well. Brad took care of the problem professionally and quickly. Nice guy. Dalton's is my go to choice for all that they do.

Of course the furnace stopped working on a cold New Years Day. Thank goodness it was just the thermostat. Technition was on another call, but got here in good time and called as promised before he got here. Diagnosed problem quickly and replaced thermostat promptly. And because it was under warranty there was no charge (even though it was a holiday)! Thank you Andy and Daltons! Definitely recommend this company!

Steve and Chris did a great job on my installation. They arrived on time and started off protecting any carpeting they might come in contact with. The installation went smoothly except for a space constraint when replacing the high efficiency furnace filters. Steve came up with an innovative solution for that. The unit furnace runs very quietly and we look forward to seeing how the higher efficiency air conditioner works this summer. Steve and Chris both were very friendly and professional. Dalton has taken care of all our HVAC needs for 37 years.

Great- technician diagnosed & fixed the problem promptly & professionally

Checked Furnace and Fireplace. Replaced filters, batteries, fixed seal, replaced capacitor. Brad was efficient and kept the work area clean. He explained thermostat settings and potential additional heat run to improve room temperature.

Everything went great very pleased with Joe and his work!!
