Description of Work: I had TMI out recently to take care of some plumbing problems I was having. We use them for all our plumbing, heat and AC. They are always professional and courteous, and they clean up after themselves. They even wear shoe covers in your home so they don't track in dirt. They stand behind their work and give warranties.

Description of Work: Our clothes washer was not spinning properly. TMI sent out a person to make an assessment of the situation. He determined that it would cost nearly $300 to repair so we paid for the service call and purchased a new machine. I was extremely impressed with those in the office making the arrangements and with the professional nature of the tech support!

The service man showed up on time, made the repair and then did the eztra service I requested.
Description of Work: Freezer defrosting and flooding refrigerator shelves. Repairman came and cleaned drain hose in back and switched door hinges from left opening to right opening.

Dave was on time, professional and courteous. He did a great job and reversed the hinges on the freezer and refrigerator door while he was there. I would recommend these people to anyone.
Description of Work: Dave showed up when he said he would and promptly diagnosed the problem of a plugged drain hose. He cleaned out the line and everything worked.
