Water heater went out on a Sunday. Called Monday morning and TMI had an opening. Tom arrived at my home on time, assessed the problem, gave a quote, and then completed the job by replacing the water heater. Tom's work was top notch and completed in a timely manner! I would use TMI again without hesitation!

I had a water leak over the weekend and TMI was the only company that answered and found an on-call plumber that would be able to come out within 1 hour! The plumber, Juan was INCREDIBLE! He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I have never used a plumber prior to this past weekend and moving forward I will DEFINITELY be using TMI!

I explained over the phone what I believe was the problem. Nothing was brought along to even try to correct the problem. A follow up email was to be sent with costs for the parts to be used in fixing things. Told I would have to pay the $98 service call again when he returned. Never have heard from anyone again until you wanted a review. No need for any more contact, I found someone else.

Service rep was excellent! Asset for company for sure. Price little steep. Especially for shower wand installation.

The professional from TMI solved the problem within a reasonable time. The price was very reasonable. Would hire again.

We have a decade old Maytag dryer. We had the bad luck to have it malfunction during the Covid-19 pandemic time. The age of the dryer and the public health crisis apparently combined to limit the ready availability of parts. On May 18, 2020 I contacted TMI and got an appointment for May 21 to get my dryer fixed. On May 21, 2020 the first technician, Mark, came and was unable to fix the dryer because he didn’t have the necessary part. He checked everything else and said the other parts were OK, but we needed a new timer which would run about $260. I paid the service fee at that time. He estimated the timer would take a couple of days to come in. After 12 days, on June 1, 2020, I called TMI and let them know I was still waiting. They said the part had just come in right before I called. The next available repair time was June 11, 2020. On June 11, Brandon arrived to finish the repair. He put in the new timer but noted that the dryer was still not fixed because another part was needed. He estimated that this might take another week. It took longer. TMI called to arrange follow-up repair before the final part came in to minimize delay, and on June 30, 2020, Brandon returned to complete the repair, which he did quickly and efficiently. The final amount due was $22 less than the quoted $260.

They did an excellent job. I was amazed at how clean they were and how much they respected our house. They had plastic down from the garage to the 2nd floor furnace. Very knowledgeable and outgoing guys. I have already scheduled another replacement with them.

It went very well ! Nice friendly & cleaned up very nicely. Excellent service! A little on the high side but did a excellent job . Worth the extra to me to know its done right. Ran into some probs. once old toilet was off underneath was deteriating so that might be why it cost a little more.

Perfect, I always request Tom for any issues with plumbing, water softener and anything else that needs improvements and repair. Very professional and excellent results.

The fix was simple, but I am not proficient enough to figure that out myself. They came out quickly, arrived on time, made the simple fix without trying to make it out to be something greater than it was. It was worth it to pay the trip fee to have a professional get it done, and particularly to know that they won't try to up sell on un-needed services so that I can trust them to handle other issues that might arise in the future. I would highly recommend them for general maintenance needs

Really well. Pleasantly surprised that appointment was scheduled the following day. Master bath faucet was fixed, drain cleared. Guest bath, faucets and plug were replaced, drain cleared, leak repaired. Plumber was polite and professional. Spent several hours on project. Provided baseline estimate. Pricey, but it was a premium service. Service was warrantied.

GREAT!! The tech (Brandon) was on time and I received a call prior to arrival. He went right to work, diagnosed the problem, fixed the fan, ordered the part for the door and all back together in 30 min.!! He was very knowledgable, polite, and friendly. They will need to come back to put in the part that needed to be ordered, but my fridge is running and can still be used. I will call them again!! The cost listed is for the total of todays visit and when they come back.

Nothing exceptional. They were just good I guess. They came out quickly. They were good at communicating.

When I scheduled the work, I was told that the plumber has a fully stocked truck and that he would leave to get any part that is not truck at no extra charge. Stan arrived on time and quoted a flat price of $175 for the kitchen faucet, $350 for the toilet, and $175 for the tub spout with shower diverter. He rebuilt the faucet, and hr replaced the working parts of the toilet and re-seated it. He explained what he was doing, and he did excellent work. The tub spout was another story. He said that he had one on the truck with a chrome finish, but it would not match the other fixtures. He recommended that he order one with a polished brass finish to match, and he said that it would arrive in 2 or 3 days. He placed the order with his parts department before he left. He asked me to pay for all the work, including the tub spout. I did. Two weeks later, the part had not arrived. I ordered the part from Amazon for $12 including shipping and installed it myself in less than 5 minutes. It works perfectly! I cancelled the work with TMI and requested a refund of $175 for the tub spout. They told me that there would be a charge for the cancelled work, but they wouldn't tell me how much. I'm still waiting for the refund.

I called yesterday and was able to set an appointment for the next morning. The plumber arrived promptly, assessed the problem, quoted the price and had the materials on the truck and fixed the toilet. It is working great, and if something goes wrong, TMI will stand behind the work. Very nice, concientious technician.
