I had suddenly lost power to 1/3 of my home. It was not a breaker so I called Bob. It didn?t affect the working area of the kitchen or furnace so I was able to wait a few days. Bob came on time, I was able to answer most of the questions he had & power was restored in about an hour. He explained the issues & how they were resolved. Took off his shoes when entering my home & made use of the trash cans for any mess! I am very pleased with his work, professionalism & knowledge. This was money well spent!

Very well from start to finish

I called and they were very nice to speak with. They fit me in very quickly. When they came to my house, they were very nice and worked clean. The job went quickly and they showed me everything they did. They even stayed and answered a few questions I had about a possible remodel and what I would need for electrical work then. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience.

I called to have a problem with the electric in a garage. Although the property is old, all the wiring was redone 6 yrs ago. He was able to fix the GFI and back track the problem to a crimped wire. He also checked the light receptacles and put in new bulbs. At the last minute, I asked if he could change out a light fixture in the house, which he was willing to do, along with replace some recessed light bulbs. Bob was very easy to work with, had all the work done quickly and was very reasonably priced. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with his service.

Called Bob with an electrical problem, scheduled an appt for the same day. Decided to give fixing it another shot and thought I had accomplished. Called Bob back and cancelled, he was very understanding. Turned out I didn't resolve it, called Bob again and set another appt for Friday. He arrived 15 minutes early and had the issue identified and resolved quickly and also fixed a different outlet that had been wired wrong. He was personable and easy to work with, I will call again if I need electrical help.

I called Bob earlier in October 2012 for a quote to replace the overhead wire between the house and garage (unattached). he was able to come out the next day and gave me an estimate but was unable to commit to a firm work date due to his current work load. I was fine with that and was looking to have the work done by the end of the year. The very next week Bob called back and said he could get on the project right away. The project was a little tricky due to previous work done to create three-way switching between the house and garage. Bob was able to bring the electric up-to-code and finished the work in one day. I'm very pleased with the quality of work done and the quick turn around from project start to finish. I will definately call on him again for future projects.

Bob arrived a few minutes early and checked the job list issues to determine if he had all of the supplies. He had to get a double breaker to fit the breaker box which was no problem because we also agreed on a new ceiling light in the basement. He left for the supplies after getting most of the job done. He was polite and conscientious, worked very quickly and cleaned up when finished. He commented about notable issues along the way. Was not a bit pushy or condescending - he made suggestions that were very helpful. Bob is friendly and very reasonable. I definitely recommend him. He gladly honored the Angie's List coupon for a free service call $75 on jobs over 3 hours - this job was 4 hours.

Called the company a week before doing remodeling my kitchen. Simple job, swap out white outlets with brown outlets. Agreed that anytime before the 14th would be fine. Never received a call from this company and now the remodelers are here and the plugs are not replaced. Would have appreciated a call if I could not be worked in instead of just nothing.

Once again, we are extremely satisfied with Bob Norgaard's service! We called Bob to come and check the light switch in the guest bathroom. The switch suddenly stopped turning on the lights but all other switches appliances were working. We knew that the light bulbs themselves were still good. So when I called Bob and described the issue, he immediately suggested that the switch itself might be faulty and might need to be replaced. He offered to come the same afternoon and I agreed. It took him about 5 mins to figure out that it wasnt the switch that was faulty but that a piece of wire inside the light fixture had kinked itself and torn off because one of the original tightening screws had been tightened thru the wire. So he simply replaced the wire and screwed the light fixture back! VOILA!

Bob responded to my service request immediately. Set up a date to look at project and give a quote. Was very patient with my husband and I as we tried to simultaneously explain our individual requests. When Bob had to move the job back a day, he notified us immediately and then showed up on time the following day. The finished product is great and we are relieved to have the panel updated.

Bob was professional from the first time I talked to him, coming out the next day for the consult and gave me an estimate on the spot. He then squeezed our project in the following day. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he took the time to explain everything to me so that I knew what he was doing. He was very polite and cleaned up well afterward. He even returned the following week to remove a broken electrical plug I had asked about which we forgot about during the main project. I will definitely call Eagle Electric again for future needs!

They were helpful and gave great advice. They were punctual and did great work. Answered questions and were willing to advise me with other parts of the electrical that I did myself.

I called on a Thursday to see if the company would take on a relatively small job to check/fix a couple of light fixtures in our home. As luck would have it (and partially due to some rainy weather halting an outdoor job they were doing), Bob was able to come the next day. I was very pleased! Bob arrived promptly and was very personable yet professional. He assessed the issues and then offered options. After deciding to repair the existing fixture in the kitchen, he made a trip to pick up the necessary parts. He offered to replace the lenses on the light box and after seeing the effort to cut them to size I was very grateful for the offer. What a difference! Labor was for 3 1/2 hours at a reasaonable $60/hr. Thanks to finding the company via Angie's List the $75 service call was waived.

My husband and I purchased a home that is about 25 years old, and we needed some electrical work done. I called Bob, and he was very quick to respond to my request. I emailed him a detailed list of what I needed to have done, and he got back to me within a few hours. I met with him the next morning at my home, and he began working immediately. He was very honest about what needed to be done, and very willing to work with me on any problems I had. He had an assistant there as well, and both were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with their work. I will definitely be calling Bob again!

First of all, Bob was very timely. He was able to complete the initial estimate and proceed with the job completion is a very timely manner. Throughout the process, he kept me very informed of times and different ideas regarding the project. Once the installation was completed, he continued to arrange for the drywaller to finish the repairs. Very impressed. Will hire again. Thanks Bob!

I wanted to replace the main electrical panel in my 50+ year old house. I wasn't having any problems; just wanted to update that part of the electrical service. I received a prompt estimate in writing. The work was scheduled around my schedule. The panel was installed within about a week. The work was done on time and within the estimate. The Eagle Electric personnel performing the work were courteous. friendly and efficient. When the job was finished, they explained and showed me everything that had been done both inside and outside the house. I would use Eagle Electric again for any future electrical work.

I had accidentally cut the wires connecting the electrical from our house to our garage while doing some gardening. I called Bob on a Friday afternoon about 4:15 pm and he offered to come that night for a quote! My family had plans so we scheduled the estimate for Saturday morning. He was right on time, gave us a quote and asked if he could do the work right then and there since he was busy with other jobs the next couple of weeks! Another company said we would have to trench the backyard from the house to the gararge and lay all new wires for a cost of $1400. Bob did an underground splice job for $125 saving us hundreds! We love Bob and would definitely recommend him to others.

We're very pleased with the job they did. The price was right for us, and they put the box where we wanted it (something a couple other companies wouldn't do). We had lost our good electricians from the past to the commercial world, so we are very glad to find Eagle for all of our jobs in the future.

The experience was very good and he was knowledgeable. I give him all A's and will use him again in the future.

It went well. we could not do it as I had planned because of structural problems, but it turned out well nonetheless.
