Great Bob did a good job, was in and out quickly and the quality of work is excellent. I deal with trade professionals while performing my job would love to deal with Bob on a daily basis.

the only businesses you suggested were ELECTRICAL COMPANIES. they do major electric projects like wiring your house, etc. So far I can find no one to fix my lamps.

I had to get an electrician to my house very quickly as I was informed by MidAmerican that my main power service line was not in regulation and a fire hazard so they would turn off my power in the freezing cold unless it was fixed soon. Bob was great about listening to my concerns and came immediately over to see what was going on. He was fast and efficient and installed a new point of attachment in the proper location to make it safe for MidAmerican to finish the power line replacement. He also checked out a few other items that I needed inspected and made some updates. Very helpful in a pinch!

The company repairing our air conditioner told us our the electrical outlet was the root cause of the issue and refused to continue any work until we had an electrician look at it. I called Bob at 8:00PM at night and he was at my door at 8:00AM the next morning. He tested the outlet, inspected everything, and confirmed everything was working properly. Bob was great to deal with and even spoke with the company repairing the air conditioner. I will absolutely be using Eagle Electric again in the future.

Bob is a true professional. His bid was spot-on and he did everything he said would. Although there was a last minute hiccup with the wall-type, he found a workable solution. Plus, he was very conscientious about placement (because of a TV being installed) and cleaning up. I enthusiastically recommend Eagle Electric and Bob!

It went great! Bob was quick to respond to me when I messaged him and he was able to work on my house fairly quickly. He also was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I had asked that he call me when he left so I had time to get to the house, which he did (rarely do people actually do this, so that was awesome). Bob and Steve-both seem like great guys-showed up and replaced my two-prong receptacles with the GFCs in my family room. I had only requested 3 grounded outlets in each bedroom but he did them all without charging extra, which was absolutely wonderful. He also removed a hairdryer that was hardwired into the bathroom, fixed a hole in my basement (which he luckily noticed and said he could fix) and capped off a random light. Even with the extra work, I still paid what was quoted originally, which was a pleasant surprise. It was money well spent and I will for sure hire again with any future electrical needs and have already referred him to others.

Bob was a knowledgeable professional who methodically checked switches and outlets on the "dead" circuit until he found the culprit which, when rewired appropriately, opened the entire circuit for service. Along the way, he fixed minor wiring mistakes that, for instance, restored the proper functioning of a three-way switch. Bob also wisely recommended the replacement of the breaker serving the circuit, reducing its amperage to a safer level. The process went well with no wasted time; it was joy to observe and learn.

I sent the request on Sept 15., I was contacted by Eagle Electric on Sept 25. After discussing the projects, he declined the project. He declined the project based on having to crawl in the attic to install new ceiling fan.

The electrician repair the immediate issue. Then he investigated the secondary issue relentlessly until he found the hidden issue an hour and a half later.

Once Bob called he came out next day to do bid, explained everything in plain terms so I could understand what was needed.

A breaker that controlled garage, mudroom, pantry and kitchen lights kept tripping. Contacted Bob - he had me send pictures of the breaker and came the next morning. Spent almost four hours testing all the various potential problem areas and finally tracked it down. Pleasant and persistent until he fixed the issue. Very good experience.

Bob called the evening (after hours) we placed our service request with Angie's List. Gave us a couple ideas on things to try before services might be needed, unfortunately they didn't work, but fortunately we found Bob! He came over the next day after talking to us and explaining his rates up front. He worked hard in a very hot trailer. He was focused and very organized too. Even had to run to the local hardware store twice to get specialized parts for the different problems he encountered! Very professional, and personable. He didn't leave any messes behind. For a reasonable rate we got our work completed. We are highly satisfied. Will recommend him to others beyond Angie's List.

He called me back a few days latter even though he was on vacation. Scheduled an appointment right away and worked quickly and efficiently on the smoke detectors, verifying they all worked. He also quickly identified the dead outlets as tripped GFI's on outlets we didn't normally use, and when he noticed some outlets were loose, was able to quickly fix that--which was a problem that totally vexed me. Great service, reasonable price, quickly done. Would recommend to anybody.

Bob is an experienced professional who is honest, polite, punctual and I just can't say enough good things about him or his service! He did exactly what we asked him to do without trying to up-sale us on additional repairs or upgrades. Eagle Electric is very reasonably priced compared to the large companies who throw in extra, confusing line items and services to their estimates that make it hard to determine what you are signing up for. Bob is licensed and certified and extremely capable of handling all your electrical needs. He comes highly recommended by me and I will call on him for any future service. Because a business is small does not mean they are not capable of providing the same service as a large company and I would rather give my business to a smaller company...and Eagle Electric now has a customer for life!

The work for the overhead lights was done promptly and very fast, however issues came up after the work was complected which were in no way the fault of Eagle Electric. The previous owners of our property had done their own electrical work which led to a breaker box at capacity. The work done by Eagle Electric seemed to be the straw that broke the camel's back, and issues were experiences with surging on certain circuits after the work was done with the overhead lights. I called Bob immediately when the issues surfaced and he came out as quick as possible and was able to find some loose switches in the breaker box causing the issue. He also came out once more for another issue that surfaced with a dead circuit due to a neutral wire problem and fixed that. Overall Bob provided the kind of straight forward and honest work you would expect but rarely see. He could have easily suggested that we required a brand new breaker box but was straight forward in stating that it wasn't necessary after the issues were identified and fixed and that it wasn't a safety issue. I've recommended Eagle Electric on a number of family and friends since our work was completed.

Bob was easy to talk with and schedule a time to get some new wiring pulled into place. He came out at the set time and did a great job! Plus, it took less time than I anticipated. There were a lot of little things he did as well, such as containing and cleaning the inevitable messes that come with the work and being conscious of our preference not to have shoes in the house. His cost was fair and I would definitely call Bob again for any electrical needs. In fact, he'll be coming by again to install a new car charger for us! Bob is great to work with and really cares about doing a good job rather than just charging the highest price possible.

This is the third time we have had Bob come out to our house to do work - he is wonderful! He installed 2 new ceiling fans in our upstairs bedrooms, and replaced the outlets on the exterior of our house. We had just had new siding installed, and the outlets were original to the house. After examination of the outlets, he needed to install new boxes for the outlets as well. He's wonderful at what he does, and very professional and easy to communicate with. He's the only electrician I use!

When Bob came out to give us an estimate, he agreed to take on this job even though there were some unknowns and hard to determine without "digging into" why some of the lights didn't work. When he arrived to complete the job, he was very professional, honest and worked with us on a number of things that came up. He even stabilized a floor joist that had been cut out by the previous owner (no idea why). In addition to properly running wires, installing correct junction boxes and conduit, he installed a whole house surge protector and a 2nd grounding rod. He advised on some wiring we could run ourselves for an outside light to save the cost of him doing the trenching work. I was very impressed with him and the quality of the work. He wants to do what's best for the customer and not in it just to make money.
